Warm en gezellig hotel
Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Niets is teveel en alles wordt geregeld. Kamers zijn schoon en netjes, net zoals de openbare toiletten beneden.

die Lage, zu Fuss ist das Zentrum von Inverness in 10 Minuten erreichbar, es hat genügend Parkplätze, das Gebäude sieht von aussen hübsch aus

Cons:

ich spreche nur vom Zimmer 28, Bad neu renoviert, neuer Vorhang und Bettrücken, winziges Zimmer, alter schmutziger Teppich, im Bad hatte es ein paar gekräuselte Haare am Boden, Badeimer verrostet, Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und Haare, schien aber frisch bezogen zu sein. Küchenlüftung direckt vor dem Zimmerfenster, bei Essenszeit lärmt es und riecht nach Fritierfett. Es gibt keine andere Möglichkeit zu lüften. Wir haben
über 300.- CHF ohne Frühstück bezahlt, definitiv zu viel. Kleiner Aufwand würde grosses bewirken wie eine Begrüssung seitens Person an der Rezeption wenn man sich begegnet.

I would be happy to stay there again.
Pros:

Our experience was a great one. From the time we checked in till we left, the staff and facilities were of the highest standard. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Lots of choice and attentive staff. The evening restaurant was another nice meal.

Cons:

The shower cubicle was on the small side.

Inverness fantastic but hotel very basic and a bit pricey.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel to attractions was good.

Cons:

We stayed in Room 30 at ths back of the hotel. The floorboards in the room above were so squeaky. They need to be screwed down properly. The rooms were a little basic, no iron or ironing board and only 1 chair.
