Breve. Solo pernottamento. Inverness molto bella. Ad agosto però i prezzi sono troppo alti.

A lovely hotel, with great staff and amenities where we will definitely visit again.
Pros:

Location was great from a tourist point of view.
We stayed at The Beaufort Hotel as we were attending a funeral next day. The staff were fantastic. I spoke at length to The Manager, Jonathan, who was amazing. We weren't certain if we might stay an extra night as we had builders in at home. Jonathan helped us, and was able to accommodate us if we decided to stay the extra night. We didn't stay, but Jonathan took the stress from us if we had decided to stay. Our room was beautiful, and unlike many of the hotels we've stayed in, all the lights, amenities, shower etc worked perfectly. Our bed was THE most comfortable hotel bed we have ever had. The staff were lovely and very professional. All in all, it was a lovely hotel which we shall definitely stay in again.

There were no negatives to report on during our visit.

Querer y no poder
Pros:

El (poco) personal intenta agradar y tiene buena voluntad. Cerca del pueblo, sin estar en el centro.

Cons:

Limpieza de las habitaciones. Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Casa antigua con múltiples escaleras y sin ascensor. La logística del desayuno.

La ubicacion no está mal. Se puede acceder paseando añ centrocde la ciudad

Que el Director no atendiera a nuesta reclamación...evidentemente no tenía valor
Que hubiera una celebración (tipo boda) en el hotel y estuviera el parking completo. Valen mas los celebrantes del banquete que los huéspedes del hotel

Pros:

For a 3☆, it was value for money, comfortable and clean. We are a family of 5 and booked a family room which had two double beds and a sofa bed. Although the room was a little cramped with our suitcases, for 1 night the stay was fine.

Wonderful hotel, staff and great location
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel, lovely decor and very fresh. All public areas are lovely and it felt a real treat to stay there. The bedroom was beautiful, beds comfy and a very clean bathroom.
The location is a short distance from the centre and outdoors they have lovely seating areas.
The staff were all very professional, friendly and keen to help. The bar staff were great and a pleasure to chat to. Jonathan the manager was also very kind and helpful- nothing was a problem. We can’t wait to return.

Una vera delusione
Pros:

La posizione centrale per visitare Inverness è partite per i tour nelle highands

Cons:

La stanza di dimensioni minuscole, letti con materassi a molle scomodissimi, molto sporca, lenzuola piene di capelli, abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiarle. Pulizia del bagno scarsissima, doccia con regolatore dell'acqua calda rumorosissimo e bordi pieni di muffa. Capelli sul pavimento e teli sdruciti e ruvidi tipo carta vetrata!! Struttura molto datata e rumorosissima, si sentono le voci ed i rumori anche minimi provenienti da ogni stanza. Servizio colazione inadeguato, alle 9,30 erano gia'finiti croissant e altri prodotti per la colazione continentale.

EVITATELO!
Pros:

La chief chamber è una bella camera con un bel bagno, ma solo se si alloggia in due.

Cons:

Prima sorpresa all'arrivo: l'hotel non ha ascensore e qualcuno del nostro gruppo (eravamo in 20) ha dovuto farsi due piani a piedi con le valigie.
Seconda sorpresa un attimo dopo essere entrati in stanza: biancheria sporca, sia le lenzuola che gli asciugamani, in quasi tutte le stanze.
Se nella Chief Chamber ci si va in quattro, come nel mio caso, ti buttano lì due lettini nel bel mezzo della stanza e diventa più un accampamento che altro. I materassi dei lettini sono scandalosi, praticamente dormi direttamente su delle molle di acciaio. Tutto dava di sporco e vecchio, iniziando dagli infissi per proseguire con gli armadi, la moquette e il pavimento stesso (che ballava ad ogni passo).
Personale MOLTO SCORTESE, che arriva al punto di sbatterti una porta in faccia alla richiesta di cambio degli asciugamani.
La stanza di una delle famiglie del nostro gruppo, non aveva chiave, ma un lucchetto. Peccato che al rientro in hotel, la sera, questo lucchetto risultasse aperto!
Ciliegina sulla torta: alle 4 del mattino, scatta un falso allarme antincendio che fa spaventare tutti.
Insomma, un vero incubo ad un prezzo assolutamente non in linea con la qualità.
