Unimpressed by dated hotel that needs a makeover.
Pros:

Friendly staff and a great location just minutes from centre of town.

Cons:

Room was dark, dingy and dated. Everything is brown or beige or grey. The furniture is really old fashioned dark brown and looks like it should be in a charity shop. The bed linen was clean but lots of dust and grott in other places like window sills and surfaces. There was a lot of hair left by a previous guest on the bathroom floor and in the bath.

Pros:

The quality of the room and ensuite was very good. Bar and Dining areas as always, very nice. Very pleased that meals were offered once again. Breakfast was good too. Lots of staff, and more improvements generally again since my last visit. Thank you

Pros:

Great location, very close to the city center. Very friendly staff. Very nice hotel décor, especially in the restaurant and bar areas.

Cons:

The breakfast could be more varied, including more vegetables.

Lovely location however failed on top marks for issues above, such a shame .
Pros:

Great location, parking on site and lovely decor

Cons:

Absolutely no water pressure in shower or bath in room 25, view out the window was a pile of rubbish.
Menu did not have all that was advertised available for breakfast or dinner and waited 40 mins from order to table.

Good friendly hotel with a car park and walking distance to Inverness centre
Pros:

Good location with parking on site, its a short walk to the town centre but does go past the Castle so a nice view. Rooms are generous, staff friendly. I have stayed more than once at the hotel and would stay again if in the area.

Cons:

The shower was noisy and the lighting in the car park was not the best but these are small issues

Great bathroom and clean room
Pros:

Only stayed one night so was great for what I needed

la chambre était bien et assez spacieuse

Cons:

le petit déjeuner , est minable pour le prix , aucune viennoiserie , le pain médiocre , le jus d'orange mauvais qui piqué , quasiment aucun choix . nous avons le droit à des espèces de friand avec le crème sortie du congélateur et chaud après une attente de 20 mn
la réception pas très accueillante et l'arrière de l'hôtel à l'extérieur très encombré et sal

A very nice hotel stay ideal for my purposes slightly spoiled by two irritants
Pros:

The hotel is a. 10 minute walk from the station near to all the City Centre has to offer.

My room. Was ve ry good and the en. suite was brand new and immaculate and very well done.

My bar snack and beer were of a good standard

Cons:

Regrettably the towel rail in my brand new en suite did not work and on one of the wettest days I have recently experienced I needed to dry my clothes.

Having returned from a very cold football match a warming nightcap was much anticipated,unfortunately the bar had closed at 21.45 for lack of clientele

Beautiful hotel - nice location
Pros:

Good location, short walk to town and nearby the river. Beautiful hotel, the breakfast room was lovely . Kind staff :)

Cons:

The window in my bedroom did not seem to be double glazing so we could hear people / traffic outside. It did not bother me though.

A most enjoyable weekend stay with the help of the Beaufort hotel and staff.
Pros:

Staff were most accommodating and very pleasant.
Menu and food was great.
Location was excellent for getting around with ease in the centre of Inverness.
Plenty parking at the rear of hotel.
