A nice, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was good, within easy walking distance of the town centre and railway station.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t included unless one paid extra for it. The price of the room was very expensive for the size of it and facilities. It was very comfortable, however.

Good hotel to stay and to have a dinner in.
Pros:

In-hotel restaurant first pleasantly surprised us: the dinner menu and food preparation were extremely good, all that with quite fair prices.

Cons:

But continental breakfast was so rudimentary, it hardly worth the money. We had to do it only for the convenience. There were a couple more minor issues with the room - to lower the score a little bit. But all in all it's a solid choice for a traveler.

Excellent staff.
Pros:

Very good location. Staff were excellent, especially Tracy, Lee and the barman. Bathroom was very clean and well lit. Free car park.

Lovely hotel but just unfortunate.
Pros:

The decor and room were very nice andcthe staff were helpful.

Cons:

We arrived a bit early to be told the laundry hadn't been sent and tge room wouldn't meet yhe 3 pm arrival time which was fine. We dropped our bags off and said we would go for a meal and a few drinks. We returned at 10.15 pm and the beds still weren't made!

Pros:

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit tollem Personal. Die Lage ist extrem zentral und aus der Stadt zu Fuss mit einem kleinen Hügel schnell zu erreichen. Ebenso kann man im Hotel gut essen und den Abend in der Bar ausklingen lassen. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es ist leider sehr hellhörig was direkte Nachbarzimmer angeht und manche Stromleitungen summen. Ich bin da aber auch empfindlich und mit Oropax alles gar kein Problem.

Disappointing and room needs a make over. Staff were friendly and good walking distance to town

Cons:

Room very shabby. Stale smell in room, very stained chair and marked bed throw. Noises from car park Loux swearing and streaking from party as well as music. Furniture in bar has seen better days, just all marked and scruffy

Bonne situation, propre. Jolie bâtisse.

Cons:

La taille du lit (minuscule) et la taille de la chambre (minuscule aussi). La chambre est appelée *chambre cosy" sur booking, elle l'aurait été pour un voyageur seul mais pas pour deux.
Petit-déjeuner buffet nul, à £12 par personne, il n'y avait plus rien au buffet. Ni pain, ni viennoiserie, ni charcuterie. Ce prix-là pour 3 toast à deux, ça fait cher le repas. Il vaut mieux prendre le petit-déjeuner à la carte, c'est plus cher mais ça semblait être bien copieux.

I feel the sofa beds were very u comfortable - we had a family room and would have loved a double bed - we got 2 single beds and with the little one was a very uncomfortable..

Pros:

The location of the hotel is good. The full breakfast and evening meals were very good. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Some of the breakfasts were not very hot. The door to the bathroom scraped the floor every time you opened it. The view wasn't very interesting.
