Loud, Worn but friendly staff
Pros:

Location to the city centre is good, and there was a friendly greeting when we got there.

Cons:

Our room was directly above a booked function, which didn’t stop playing music incredibly loudly until midnight - not ideal for weary travellers. The walls are somewhat thin, we heard toddler tantrums clearly next door from the early hours. Not to mention bin lorries and doors slamming.

The bathroom had marks on the walls and there was mould on the ceiling above the shower. My other half didn’t find the bed particularly comfortable, although I didn’t have an issue. The remote control for the telly didn’t work (first world problems). One of the lampshades is damaged but on turning it round, it was hiding the fact there was a stain on the other side - and the bedside lamps? One was a warm tungsten bulb, the other was a cool daylight bulb.

Outstanding Hospitality and Truly Welcoming Staff
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The people we interacted with—every single one of them—were some of the kindest, most friendly, and professional individuals we’ve ever encountered. They made my wife and me feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.

As for the facilities, they were outstanding. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, comfortable, and inviting. It honestly felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being in our own home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

No tengo quejas

Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, although it appeared expensive it was in keeping with local prices.

Cons:

There was a lack of attention to detail in the room - when we arrived the television was not tuned in, the telephone in our did not work. There was a small wardrobe with only2 coat hangers (one of which was broken) Toiletries and tea tray was poor.

Won’t be returning. Wouldn’t advise a stay suppose you were desperate.
Pros:

The outside and and reception bar area

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty, shower was leaking and no pressure at all, mould on the ceiling, no heating on during the night was freezing. Pull out bed hadn’t been changed was full of hair and marks. Stains on the units and falling to bits they were that old
