ottimo, lo consiglio tantissimo soprattutto per posizione, rapporto qualità/prezzo e gentilezza dello staff
Pros:

hotel molto carino, pulitissimo, camera ampia e bagno grandissimo con vasca. non solo era incluso il parcheggio per l’auto, ma il receptionist (super simpatico e disponibile) visto che abbiamo fatto check-in abbastanza tardi ci ha autorizzato ad ordinare a domicilio, cosa direi non scontata in hotel. Posizione ottima, in neanche 10 minuti sei già al castello dí inverness da cui poi in nemmeno un’ora puoi fare un giro di tutti i punti più famosi della città

The location was great and the room was quiet and it had a parking lot

Cons:

It could have been a little more cleaner. Also only the bathroom was somewhat renovated and the room had carpet on the floor and it was too hot.

Great place, would 100% visit again.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely bar area which we could take the dog into. Very welcoming. Upgraded from disabled room to suite. Jonathon was a great host, couldn’t be more welcoming. Very good information and couldn’t do more for you. Very accommodating. Bed extremely comfortable.

Cons:

Had some stained towels. The suite is not what I would class as a suite. Large bed and single bed, very cramped room.

Breakfast was perfect. We use this hotel as it is convenient for both shopping snd visiting and hospital appointments and it reasonably priced.

Convenient, Clean, Friendly - for the most part.
Pros:

Location was great for what we needed and provided good 'hidden' parking which was ideal for our group. The bar was well stocked and the lady behind the bar on the night was super friendly and keen to please.

Cons:

The lady who checked us in was quite rude, and dismissive. It felt our arrival was an inconvenience.
One of our rooms was in the newly refurbed part of the hotel, which is fine, but the hall to the room was full of boxes of furniture upon arrival and the hall smelt of paint.

The rooms were fine though and the other staff members made up for the first girls impression.
