A great Budget hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, good central location with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. Room was spacious. Loved the selection of free cold drinks from the fridge near reception.

Cons:

Renovation work happening in the hotel reception area at 1am. Lots of noise as a result. Not great for guests trying to sleep in the middle of the night.

A shower screen would be much better than a curtain.

And main window curtain was broken, which meant light coming in.


Breakfast selection was okay - friendly and helpful member of staff.

Good Place for short stays.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Small boutique hotel good for short stays.

Cons:

Every night there was sharp noise on adjoining doors which woke us up. It was happening at some intervals. The bathroom needs some upgrades. The F&B needs more options. Food options were just too limited.

They made their check-in overcomplicated. Took too long. Room is old.
Pros:

Location is good and the color of the hotel is nice.

Cons:

The check-in was weird, took extremely long. I had to wait for some computer confirmation, then download an app and confirm something in the app after entering my details. The waiting for the confirmation to come through took very long. It's not regular, but something specific to the Bloom group. The room seemed sunny and new on the photo, but was very old. Breakfast was simple.

I love everything else including the fitness club, earmarking the area for my future travels
Cons:

I stayed in room no #103 on the 1st floor, and for some reason the airconditioner in that room made a lot of noise to the extent that one couldn't sleep in place. Weird dichotomy since on one hand you want to turn it off but then the room has no fan, so it gets super stuffy. Plus you've had a long day and its middle of the night so expecting someone to show up is ambitious.
