Top-Unterkunft in Reykjavik, die wir gerne wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Fosshotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des City-Centers unweit der Bucht. Man ist schnell Downtown und wenn man ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen bucht, hat man einen wunderbaren Blick entweder über die Bucht oder über die Stadt. Generell ist das Hotel modern und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und es hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, von frischem Obst, Skyr-Joghurt, diversen Eierspeisen bis hin zu Kuchen und süssem Gebäck.
Da das Hotel auch von grösseren Gruppen gebucht wird, kann es zu Stosszeiten manchmal voll werden, aber als Individualreisender kann man das wunderbar umgehen.
Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Alles wie versprochen und gebucht.

Pros:

Very good location, adequate room facilities, good breakfast, great staff. Klevist at the reception was more than helpful.

The room smelled stuffy, although it was clean, and the furniture looked a little old and worn.

Convenient, clean and comfortable stay
Pros:

Quiet rooms (despite lobby being very busy). Nice restaurant and bar on premises. Convenient pickup location for tours next to bus stop. Good breakfast.

Iceland is expensive. The room amenities don’t equal the high cost, but there’s not a lot of other choices. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Busy property and great staff with a few hiccups!
Pros:

When problems did arise, the staff was excellent! The bed was extremely comfortable. Location was convenient.

Cons:

The rooms could use some updating. Furniture and flooring looked worn down. Upon arrival our room was unbearably hot. Staff brought us a fan thank goodness! They are not usually use to warm days in Iceland.

Det lå centralt. Der var god service. Parkeringsforholdene var efter omstændighederne gode.

Cons:

Porcelænet i morgenmadsrestauranten var slidt. Kopperne kunne ikke vaskes rene.
