Perfect Base for Exploring Reykjavik!
Pros:

Our stay at Fosshotel Reykjavik was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. We stayed in a tower room, which offered a truly spectacular view that made our trip extra special. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Inside, our room was wonderfully heated against the Icelandic chill and came equipped with excellent amenities in both the bedroom and the bathroom. While slippers were not originally provided in the room, the very helpful staff at reception were incredibly accommodating and gave us a complimentary pair as soon as we asked.
The dining experience was another major highlight, offering a great breakfast layout with plenty of variety, including excellent options for vegetarians and vegans. The only minor addition that would have made things even better is a designated water station for refilling reusable water bottles. Although it is a busy hotel with many tour groups coming and going, the team managed everything seamlessly and it did not cause us any issues or delays during our stay. It was a wonderful, comfortable experience from start to finish.

We went to the Beer Garden on the last night and what a find. Unfortunately from reception I thought I was going to the gentleman’s toilet!!! Needs a more inviting approach.
