Nice stay in a wonderful city
Pros:

Good location , excellent breakfast, clean . Price is ok considering it’s Iceland

Cons:

It’s a huge hotel . It’s not a bad thing unless you prefer more intimacy feel .

Great hotel and location
Pros:

Had a really nice stay here. The hotel is so clean and modern with comfortable beds and the staff are really nice. The breakfast was so good and worth the expensive price, it fills you for the day. The location is perfect for exploring the city and doing excursions as the bus stop is right outside.

Good location for tourists
Pros:

Location is very good, just a short walk to the main shopping street, church and the bay. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good but can get very busy as the hotel is popular for tourist groups. Eat in the bar a couple of times after a long day exploring, food was pretty good.

Perfect location, good food and great service!
Pros:

Located at Bus Stop #12, a pick up point for all guided tours and airport shuttles. Within walking distance to the Hallgrimskirja Church, Harpa, and Viking Boat Sculpture. Large hotel, close to water. Comfortable rooms with a window that opens for fresh, crisp air. Delicious breakfast buffet with a multitude of hot and cold offerings include vegan. Onsite restaurants and bars have a curated selection of meals, the lamb shank with whipped potatoes and braised cabbage and the chicken and mushroom risotto were memorable. After a ten hour day of touring in winter, the onsite restaurant was especially appreciated. Staff work as a team to insure a superior customer experience. Due to weather related flight delays, we ended up staying an additional three days after our tour ended. Patricia, worked with us each day to find space so that we did not need to change rooms or check in and out.
We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it for its perfect location, wonderful breakfast and amazing staff.

Cons:

It was perfect for our needs.

If I could make one suggestion for winter months, it would be a welcome treat if the onsite restaurants offered a traditional hot soup such as tomato, lamb or seafood as a first course on their menu each night.

Hotel caldo, vista stupenda e posizione comodissima!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in una camera vista Torre. Dalla finestra il panorama sulla costa era stupendo! La camera era spaziosa e calda, con caloriferi regolabili secondo le proprie esigenze. Bagno con vasca e doccia e prodotti di cortesia. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione e non possiamo valutarla. La posizione è comodissima, a un passo dalla fermata numero 12, punto di ritrovo di tanti tour e comunque non troppo distante dal centro, raggiungibile in un quarto d’ora con una bella passeggiata.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Location is great, amazing food court 5 minutes away. Cleaning/service personnel were extremely professional and courteous. Bed was the best one I've slept on in a long time!
