Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend sowie freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Man hat sich sehr bemüht auf individuelle Bedürfnisse und Wünsche einzugehen.
Der Wellness Bereich ist außergewöhnlich und definitiv mehr als nur einen Besuch wert.
Auch die Speisen im Restaurant waren wirklich lecker.
Wir haben uns allgemein sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte ein bisschen moderner gestaltet sein können.
Das Frühstück war zwar reichlich und sehr vielfältig, jedoch wären ein paar herzhafte vegane Frühstücksalternativen schön gewesen.

I would say almost everything - excellent location for skiing on the Stubai Glacier, clean and large rooms, gourmet restaurant or the nice spa area. The hosts are really friendly and they are always present to make sure you spend an excellent holiday.

Cons:

The main issue for us as a family was the program for the spa area. The access at the outdoor pool for families with children is allowed exclusively between 10.00-14.00 and 17.00-17.30. Considering the fact that the ski school's program is between 10.00-15.00 and the trip back from the glacier to the hotel is about 60 minutes including the lift time, we needed to hurry to be able to attend together to the pool between 17.00-17.30. Maybe the hosts will consider my point of view since outside this family interval, only 2-3 persons are out there in the pool.

Most wonderful stay
Pros:

Lovely stay and we were spoilt with the most amazing 6 course meals every evening. Fabulous breakfast buffet as well. The spa facilities were super clean and the outside hot pool with bubble jets were fabulous after a day's skiing. Shuttle bus to the base station for ski gondolas provided by hotel. Day excursions for those who were interested (guided winter hiking, Innsbruck Christmas market). Highly recommend this hotel.

Definetely place worth recomending
Pros:

Great place with outstanding staff. It's a quiet place with everything you need. Daily transfer to the slopes makes your stay fully relaxing, you can forget about finding parking place on busy days and carrying your gear - door-to-door transfer make it much more enjoyable. After skiing you can relax in the saunas, adults only swimming pool (there are two) or in one of the relaxing rooms. The cook is amazing and the choice of food is superb. Just watch out, you can gain one or two kilos :)

Cons:

you can tell which rooms haven't been renovated yet but to be honest they are equipped better then many new ones in other hotels or apartments in the area.

Zeer verzorgd en smaakvol ingericht hotel, met prachtig buitenzwembad en gastronomisch 5-gangen menu
Pros:

Prachtig en zeer verzorgd hotel. Het zwembad en wellness gedeelte had een mooi buitenzwembad, dat lekker warm was. Onze kamer was ruim en zeer smaakvol ingericht met een prachtig groot terras. Het eten was van hoge kwaliteit met een mooie selectie aan Oostenrijkse wijnen. Wat ook heel interessant was, dat je naast het gastronomisch 5-gangen menu ’s avonds ook nog de kans had om een klassieker als een spaghetti of schnitzel te kiezen, dit werd erg geapprecieerd door de kinderen.

Cons:

Als je komt om te skiën op de Stubai gletsjer, dan is er in dit dal, bijna nergens een ski-in ski-out hotel (of toch niet met deze kwaliteit van eten en luxe). Bijgevolg moet je de wagen, skibus of hotelshuttle nemen. Gelukkig was het amper 13min rijden tot het dalstation, en dit hotel was het waard, dus dat viel goed mee.

La gentillesse du personnel
La qualité de l'hebergement, avec des équipements de qualité
la situation géographique au centre de la vallée
le service de restauration: petit déjeuner de qualité, gouter entre 15h00 et 17h00, et tres bon repas en demi pension.
le SPA avec boissons et dattes ou noix à volonté
les renseignements sur les activités possibles( itineraires de randonne ) et des sorties organisées gratuites possibles.

Cons:

Eviter la chambre double "cosy corner": peu de lumière, balcon minuscule, pas de vue et proximité avec la route principale de la vallée, donc nuisances sonores au petit jour.

Die Lage zum Tal ist wunderschön.
Trotz der Größe des Hauses schaffen Sie eine schöne entspannte , familiäre Atmosphäre .
