SK Royal Hotel Tula

The hotel has a great location and you can walk to the Kreml and most landmarks from there. Yasnaya Polyana is only about 20 min by taxi from there.

The hotel has a pleasent lobby, a lobby bar, a restaurant and also the large breakfast room.

There was also a spa/fitness center but we did not try it.

The rooms are standard hotel rooms, we had a view onto the city which was bautiful (stayed on the highest floor). The hotel is pet friendly, we travelled with our 2 pet rabbits.

The breakfast was included in the price and was very good. Lots of options from the buffet. Fresh juices, omlett station, salad, eggs, warm and cold food.

Staff is friendly. You can ask for free waterbottles to your room.

I would stay here again.

Отель понравился: отлично расположен, центр, красивый вид из окон, рядом рестораны, магазины, аптеки - всё. Шикарный завтрак, большой выбор всего, включая сторонников ЗОЖ: соки фруктовые и овощные, Фрукты, гранолы, сыры, каши, бекон, рыба - что ещё можно пожелать? Рекомендую!

Good location, but no way this hotel should be rated as a 5 star hotel. Very dark and had a Soviet feeling (not the nostalgic one, but horrible dark and soulless). The first room I was offered had stains all over the carpet like someone has been sick on it. The second room overlooked the Main Street, was very noisy and ... wait for it... had BLOOD STAINS on the curtains. So I decided not to stay there, booked Armenia hotel instead which is 300 meter walk from SK and half the price. Canceling the reservation took ages, the guy at the reception didn’t offer any apologies and clearly demonstrated he was not happy with me. And still haven’t received my money back which I had paid for the room. Shocking!

У нас был просторный чистый номер, все принадлежности (тапочки, халаты, полотенца и косметика в ванной) были на троих, не надо было ничего просить принести. Отель располагается в самом центре, приятно прогуляться вокруг.

There are better hotels in the area.
We booked a standard room.

- sink installed the wrong side
- shower head barely has any pressure

If you are booking for the SPA - don’t. Apparently you need to have a reservation to use the SPA. And on the day of our stay it was all booked.
Also the pool is much smaller than on it is on the photos.

Hope something is done about this.

Alles gut soweit. Zimmer haben einen tollen Stil. Metro verlaeuft unter dem Gebaeude. Obwohl die Zimmer > 4 Stock sind, hoert man es.

Учитывая что это один из самых ДОРОГИХ отелей в городе Тула есть некоторые замечания:

2. Парковка платная 300 рублей сутки сумма не большая но в 5 звездах хочется не думать об оплатах заплатить за номер и наслаждаться отдыхом.

The hotel is good and the plus point is its location. Its located very near to Tula Kremlin and various shopping options. Many good restaurants are at a walking distance. The only thing bad about this hotel is that its hard to find English speaking staff, only reception guys can speak in English. The choices in room service menu is very very limited and the tea bags are given only when you ask for it, housekeeping doesn't replenish it even if there is no tea bag.

Отличный отель, очень дружелюбный персонал

Отель очень высокого уровня в самом центре города.Отличные номера, доброжелательный персонал и завтраки выше всяких похвал.

Vi har bestilt maten på romet og den var ikke god, ellers frokosten var bra.

Extremely comfort location both for business and site being, close to all main town attractions. Modern style, well maintained, friendly and professional service. Rooms specious and clean. Restaurant nice.

Правильный отель для Тулы. Второй раз уже здесь - не искал даже ничего другого, просто бронировал. Отлично расположен, до всего пешком менее 10 минут.
Есть стоянка подземная, правда в этот раз на стоянке все было в лужах.
В номере все хорошо, но без особых изысков. На завтраке в этот раз (в прошлый не помню) не было возможности заказать яичницу под себя. Но это мелочи.

Проживали семьёй с 22 по 24 февраля. Сам отель отличный! Но в 513 номере было не комфортно из-за низкой температуры и холодных полов в санузле, не спас даже доп.обогреватель.

Отдыхали с друзьями, 2 дня. В целом все хорошо, но очень воняло из ванной комнаты

Отель отлично расположен в самом центре Тулы, рядом множество ресторанов и достопримечательностей. В самом отеле очень хороший ресторан-бар Check-In Bar. Хороший выбор блюд за завтраком, но персонал не справляется со своевременным пополнением шведского-стола, иногда приходилось ждать некоторых блюд минут по 10-15. Ну и столовые приборы за завтраком как-будто из советской столовой, при том, что посуда вполне достойная. Вроде бы мелочь, но не делает чести отелю, претендующему на 5*.
Достаточно просторные и хорошо оборудованные номера, но страдает качество уборки.
Если Вы на машине, то получить место на подземной парковке - это лотерея, с весьма не высоким шансом на выигрыш. Но в целом отель можно порекомендовать для остановки на несколько дней в Туле.

We stayed one night. The location is very convenient for walking to the Kremlin and weapons museum. The room was very large and nice. I would stay there again. The breakfast selection was good.
