Alles. Ich war zum 3. Mal im Hotel und bin rundum zufrieden.

Leider keine Steckdose am Bett.

Le personnel à la réception très agréable et serviable.
Petit déjeuner complet et très correct.

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain très vétustes, literie pas confortable.
Le chauffage via la clim ne fonctionnait pas, mais on nous a apporté un chauffage d'appoint immédiatement.

For the price I paid it was great value for money! Clean hotel friendly staff. Great view of the sea. Did the job! Comfortable beds however they were 2 seperate beds instead of 1 big bed which was a little annoying. Pillows not so comfortable but were ok. Matres was comfortable.

Cons:

Could have done with more plug sockets in the wall. Not all of the light switches were working. The towels weren't very clean neither I feel could have been cleaner. Had some marks on them.

This place is awesome! Feels like home..cozy and home like.mrs Dorsaf welcoming and always ready to help all the receptionists the bartenders are just amazing.the kitchen staff ask about chef gaddour and chef chahredinne and your gonna eat something so delicious.you won't regret your stay here

Pros:

The staff is perfect! All the way from bartenders nabil,nader,hanin and siwar to the receptionists, everyone is so welcoming.i have been going to this place for three years it's a must visit!the cleaning personal are amazin.its safe and heartwarming place it makes you feel just like home

Pros:

Un grand merci à la gouvernante d’étages pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Toujours accueillante avec un sourire et un bonjour, elle met immédiatement à l’aise et veille à ce que tout soit parfait. Son sens du détail, sa disponibilité et son attention aux clients rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand bravo à l’équipe d’entretien !

Cons:

Chambre vieillissante et à rénover, ce qui rend le séjour moins agréable. De plus, impossible de payer avec une carte bancaire étrangère car le terminal ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui est très gênant. Dommage, car cela gâche l’expérience (paiement en espèces).

L'emplacement et le personnel.

Cons:

La musique trop bruyante autour de la piscine dés le matin. Le bar (très) fumeur dans le hall d'accueil alors que l'hôtel est non fumeurs !
