L'emplacement, quartier pas sécurisant. Il n'y a pas de parking, juste un trottoir. Plage sale. Baie vitrée ne ferme pas et personne ne répare malgré notre demande.
Ce n'est pas un hôtel familial, certains clients boivent et quelques jeunes femmes s'exhibent au pied d'une toute piscine
La chambre réservée était pour 3 mais nous avions un lit double et un lit de camp. Notre fille de 20 ans a pratiquement fini par terre
Nous n'avons même pas fini notre séjour et aucun remboursement ne nous a été proposé

Avoid – Not as advertised
Pros:

I booked the Byzance Hotel through Love Holidays because it was advertised as an all-inclusive hotel with a spa, wellness centre, gym, hairdresser, shop, private beach and evening entertainment. Sadly, the reality was completely different.
During our stay there was no gym, spa, wellness centre, hairdresser, shop or live entertainment. I emailed the hotel asking them to confirm the availability of these facilities but received no response.
The hotel was poorly maintained, with rust, damaged fixtures, poor cleanliness and chipped drinking glasses. A balcony chair collapsed underneath me on the first day and was never replaced.
The food was of a very poor standard and on several occasions appeared undercooked, including chicken that looked pink. As a result, my daughter and I often ate outside the hotel, despite paying for an all-inclusive holiday, which meant additional expense.
The beach was not private as advertised but open to the public and littered with rubbish. During our stay I also experienced a distressing incident involving a member of staff on the beach, which meant I no longer felt safe using it.
In the evenings, members of the public who did not appear to be hotel guests were allowed into the hotel bar, which made both my daughter and me feel uncomfortable.
I reported these issues to Love Holidays while we were still on holiday and provided extensive photographic evidence.
Since returning home, I have noticed that the hotel description has been changed and several facilities that were advertised when I booked have been removed or amended. Fortunately, I kept screenshots of the original description.
This holiday was meant to be a chance for my daughter and me to relax after a difficult few years. Instead, it was stressful, disappointing and nothing like the holiday we had booked.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The staff were nice, the rooms and food were ok and clean

Cons:

The facilities were bad, the toilet seat was broken and we had to ask them several times to fix it
The bar didnt have diversity of drinks and the pool was small
Didn't have a good beach nearby so keep in mind to check other beaches

On n’en a pour son argent . Rapport qualité prix correct pour deux nuit pas plus

Le personnel était super très gentil, Rien à dire . L’emplacement est pas mal proche de tous

Cons:

Il faut vraiment changé les matelas . L’eau de la douche qui passe du chaud au froid constamment.
La plage impraticable avec des enfants trop de pierres et sale .

ساحة تنزيل و ركوب الزبائن في وضع سيئ جدا بحيث في وضعية parking دائمي لأشخاص معينين مما يظطر جميع النزلاء لوضع سياراتهم بعيدا و نقل الحقائب في الوصول و المغادرة، حتى ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة! و شيء آخر سيء جدا بأن مقعد التواليت لاصق بالحائط مما يجعل استخدامه صعب و غير لائق اطلاقا. شكرا جزيلا لكادر الفندق
