You can't judge a hotel before you visit. This is well said.
Pros:

The location is excellent, being only about 300 meters from the beach.
There are also nearby restaurants and cafes at reasonable prices.
The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

One of the worst experiences in hotels is finding the towels are not even old enough to be bright and clean, with one even having a yellow stain!
Another disgusting thing is finding the sink clogged and the tap dripping even when it's turned off. And the toilet seat frame is unstable; the cover falls off your back as soon as you sit down!
There's no carpet in the room despite the cold weather. Yes, there's an electric heater, but it doesn't compensate for the lack of a carpet.
There's only one socket in the room.

Otele check in yapmaya girdiğimde, resepsiyondaki kel adam otel ücretini ödediğim halde benden ekstra 50 Euro daha istedi. Ve vermezsem kalamıcağımı söyledi. Ve ödediğim rezervasyon ücretini iade etmediler. Uzak durun dolandırıcılar.

Le personnel à la réception très agréable et serviable.
Petit déjeuner complet et très correct.

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain très vétustes, literie pas confortable.
Le chauffage via la clim ne fonctionnait pas, mais on nous a apporté un chauffage d'appoint immédiatement.
