كل شي وخاصة تعامل الموظفين وكان حجزي غرفة اعطونا سويت وبسبب بعض الظروف الخاصة لم نكن نستطيع النزول للافطار فكل صباح يأتي طعام الافطار للغرفة جزاكم الله خير الجزاء

Pros:

The location is good , the rooms are very large and , clean , the staff is so friendly and helpful all over the hotel, the breakfast at the restaurant is good , they have a wonderful terrace . and it’s worth the price. I highly recommend the hotel .

Had a pleasant stay and thank you.
Pros:

The room was clean, the bathroom is comfortable, the only thing is the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the neighbors next door especially when opening and closing doors.
The hotel was good over all, and the gym and indoor pool is amazing. The Breakfast was great and has many varieties.

Cons:

The only annoyance were doors closing and opening in other rooms, The rooms are very close to each other and can hear all movements in corridor.
Also i asked to check out on 12 july instead of 15 july and the hotel couldnt assist in this regard, and booking.com didnt reply to my requests although i tried over the phone and sending msgs for 5 days, but with no luck.
