Excellent stay -The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, with special thanks to Basel for his outstanding service and professionalism. All the staff were helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Bad hotel , it should be 2 star not 4 .
Pros:

Nothing , everything is bad . Smoke smell in the room . And unprofessional behavior from the staff . Also extremely noise in the facility due to maintenance work without notice the guests .

A comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. I can’t recommend it enough!!!

Cons:

Nothing specific!! Everything was perfect even the bed sheets were cleaned!!

The only good part was the house keeping guy named Bahaa, very customer oriented, friendly and cooperative.

Cons:

The front desk lady who received us was very rude and uncooperative, irrespective.
