Love our stay at Sunshine House for 3 nights. Good value!!! Easy check in, building and room are always clean! Very friendly staff... location not far from old city which reachable by walk....

7-Eleven not far from the building and local seafood, Local pub and 24h self-service laundry just next door (with free detergent and softener...yess they are included!)

Moreover Santitham restaurant next door make it as a simply because it’s the only place that serve good coffees and foods. Don't forget to try their fresh orange juice!

何度もお世話になっています。
レンタルバイク等が無いとやや交通は不便かもしれませんが、周りは食べ物屋さんやマッサージ屋さんも多く、設備もオシャレで快適に滞在できます。
スタッフさんも親切ですので、また利用させていただきます。
ドライヤーのみ数があまり無いようで、借りて使ったらすぐに返すように言われましたw

施設は清潔で清掃も行き届いてる。
ただ部屋のグレードなのか当たり外れなのか、シャワーがほぼ水だったのと一度ブレーカーが上がって（？）停電してからＷｉ－ｆｉが極端に不安定になったのがマイナス点。

スタッフはスーパーフレンドリーで色々助けてもらったのは強調しておく。

Pros:

음 주변 에 식당 가 편의점 은 5분 거리에 다 있고
중국 인들 식당 이 있서서 많이 시끄럽습니다
그리고 숙소는 복불복 이지만 저희가 묵은 방은
샤워부스 가 고장인지 물이 흐르듯이 나와 교체 했고
따로 샤워부스 필터를 갈아 줘야지 안심 하고 쓸수 있습니다 필터 색깔이 2-3일이면 녹슨색 으로 변함
그리고 직원들은 친절 합니다
모기나 벌레 걱정은 안하셔도 될거 같습니다
와이파이는 기대 하지 마시고요 안터집니다
이건 치앙마이 자체 적으로 심하다고 하내요
