In accordance with the health rules in force, we inform you that we will carry out the emptying and annual maintenance work of our swimming pool from Monday September 11 to Friday September 15, 2023 inclusive.

Excellent location next to the sea, very good for families with small kids as well. Beautiful view of the sea. Great in case you want to stay in a quiet location, as everything is far from the hotel, you need to take a taxi to go to marina (we walked there once, was 30min), to Saint Anna lively public beach (20min drive), or to Point-a-Pitre. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We used the tour operator that is in the hotel lobby, and they organised excellent excursions, worth to take them (Coeur des Iles). We stayed in one of the suits overlooking the sea, which was also excellent with huge balcony.
1. BREAKFAST variaty was very poor. Suggestion for management: change at least the meats, vegetables, cheese etc, as eating the same for a week can be very boring, we do not eat the same at home either. No luxury needed, but just change after few days.
2. Our suit was NOT READY upon our arrival, though we arrived after 3pm checkin time. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our room which is unacceptable from a hotel, they should better manage cleaning time. We received a bonus welcome drink in the bar, which was nice, though that did not compensate for the waiting time after our long travel and being very tired.
3. There were a lot of MOSQUITOS in our room and unfrotunately the reppelent we brought from Europe did not help against them at all, so we were full of mosquito bites by the second day and did not sleep well. Suggestion: maybe you can put mosquito net above the beds, at least in the suits.
4. WIFI was very weak, we had to open the balcony door to make it work.

La situation avec la piscine au bord de la mer est féérique, surtout le soir au coucher du soleil
Dans une certain nombre de chambres l'odeur rance et tenace avec une forte humidité sur les murs est incompatible avec un hébergement correct.
A notre arrivée les 2 chambres attribuées étaient irrespirables - Grace à la gentillesse de la personne à l'accueil nous avons pu changer nos 2 chambres contre 2 autres mais nous avons du en visiter 6 je crois pour réussir à en trouver 2 sans odeur. Après tout s'est passé au mieux.
Le parking de l'hôtel est tout le temps saturé et il est très compliqué de trouver une place.
Hôtel très sympa pour quelques jours de détente. Le personnel est très gentil, le lit en confortable et rien à ajouter niveau équipement.
Selon moi il faut une voiture car il n'y a rien à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très répétitif.
