Pros:

Bonne solution - quoique ce soit cher- pour une nuit à Pointe à pitre et une journée entière de balade - nous sommes partis le matin visiter le Fort, puis jusqu’à la pointe des châteaux avant de revenir visiter le musée à Pointe à Pitre puis repasser à l’hôtel récupérer nos bagages et prendre une douche avant d’aller prendre le soir l’avion de Paris - grâce au service de « transit » de ce gros hôtel confortable.

L’emplacement…la plage..

Cons:

J’ai réservé et payé le séjour d’une semaine pour une chambre pour 2 avec petit déjeuner même si j’étais seule puisque c’est la norme. En cours de route j’ai une amie qui m’a accompagné et qui partageait ma chambre déjà payée. Sauf que sur place on a ajouté 25 euros par jour soit 175 euros à ma carte de crédit sans m’en avertir pour le petit déjeuner de mon amie. Je trouve ce comportement inacceptable. Je vous en informe puisque que j’ai réservé via Booking et espère un remboursement de la part de l’hôtel Fleur d’Epée.

Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht in dem Hotel und dafür war es sehr in Ordnung. Der Flughafen und die Marina sind nicht weit entfernt (was uns wichtig war).
Animation bzw. täglich wechselndes Entertainment-Programm findet dort ebenfalls statt (meins war das nicht).
Das Hotel ist aus den 1970ern Jahren, was man auch merkt, es wurde aber scheinbar nach und nach mal renoviert/modernisiert (die Bäder zum Beispiel).
Der Frühstück war echt nur so mittel und eine buchstäbliche Massenabfertigung...

Ganz großes Lob noch an Jean-Claude an der Rezeption! Er war super freundlich und geduldig und hat uns sehr lieb mit allen Anliegen geholfen (v.a. was eine spontane Tour über die Insel anbelangte) - merci beaucoup!

Très bel endroit confortable pour se reposer
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse avec grande terrasse, lit super confortable, vue magnifique sur la mer et la palmeraie. Petit déjeuner buffet complet et copieux. Super endroit pour passer notre dernière nuit en Guadeloupe.

Cons:

L’endroit est très sympa mais un peu isolé donc Il est préférable d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer aux alentours

Gute Lage, extrem unfreundliche Rezeption und Renovierungstau

Lage, direkt am Privatstrand.Gut angelegte Anlage.

Cons:

Unfreundliches, inkompetentes und Kaum ansprechbar Personal am Checkin /Rezeption 15:00 Uhr. Alle Reinigungskräfte sind hilfreicher, als es Personal an der Rezeption. Checkin exakt ab 15:00 Uhr mit Blick auf die Uhr erst möglich.. hotel generell in die Jahre gekommen. Größere Renovierungstau. Strand als solches nicht gepflegt, überall Zigarettenstummel und Unrat, der morgens nicht entfernt wird.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier nicht in dieser Anlage.
Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich.
