Pleasant stay and great hotel location
Pros:

Stayed here for 1 night and got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with mountain views.

Nice suite with a small but a charming balcony overlooking the Chiang Mai hills.
The hotel is in a very shopping friendly location with lots of shops, eateries and a mall in the vicinity with pleasant vibes and is not far from the old town.

Enjoyed our stay here.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Nimman!
Pros:

I had such a wonderful stay at Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Nimman, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shopping spots, yet still peaceful and relaxing.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. We were actually upgraded to a suite room, which made our stay even more special and comfortable. Such a lovely surprise!

A special mention to the gentleman who checked us in — he was very detailed in explaining everything, genuinely friendly, and made us feel very welcome from the start. I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but thank you for your excellent service and for the upgrade! It truly made a difference.

The rest of the staff were also warm and attentive. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxed yet stylish.

I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality!
