If you want prime location, kind staff and cozy vibes. Look no further!

Rarely do I ever write reviews but when a hotel is not only comfortable, conveniently in a prime location to everything and safe with the kindest staff —it’s hard not too.

This hotel really felt like a home away from home. And after over a 24 + hour travel day- it truly was such a sanctuary being greeted by all of the lovely staff at Thapae loft.

I would just like to start out by saying that this hotel is in a prime location: easily accessible to all your needs: lots of restaurants and temples just a short walk away.

The hotel itself was very modern, safe (they have a lovely security guard ) and comfortable. The rooms were very cozy, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The shower was nice as well- water pressure excellent with no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with a lot of recommendations.
They went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our needs.

They even added a priceless memory for me as it was my birthday — the staff surprised me shortly after my check in at my room with cake in which they all joined in to sing “Happy Birthday” to me. Which as someone who has spent many years in Los Angeles celebrating her birthday at Thai Restaurants— this definitely took the cake (pun intended)— what a way to celebrate and greet me for my first time in Thailand. Thank you again to all of the staff. I will never forget it! A beautiful memory forever.

Nothing to add. I liked everything about this hotel but I can’t really comment on the pool although it looked like it would have been nice to enjoy — I never actually had the time to use it.

Cons:

Solid concrete and no sound barriers so you could hear neighbors both above and below and next to you! Cleaners woke us up every morning while cleaning next rooms over. Location was terrible and very difficult to access.
