Отличный вид, но на этом все заканчивается. Проживали в люксе чистота и сервис(армянский) не на уровне . Крайне не удобен проход в отель нужно постоянно оформлять пропуск, для этого нужно иметь при себе паспорт постоянно( если паспорт остался в номере то это целая проблема).

Просторный, чистый и светлый номер. Хороший завтрак в номер. Вежливый персонал

Отель довольно хороший Номер Империя интересный. Дала бы оценку 7 из 10. В номере было холодно, система кондиционирования работает не очень корректно, комнату не нагревает, а просто дует, даже тогда, когда градус ставили на повышение. Пол из плитки холодный, дополнительно не отапливается. Вид из одна достойный, номер симпатичный (не вах, но для романтики вдвоем подойдет идеально. Джакузи посреди комнаты придает особенный шик. Заказывали украшение номера за доп. плату из лепестков роз, смутило то, что лепестки были искусственными (такие ассоциируются далеко не с праздником). Еще минусом отмечу халат с каплями крови, видимо, от предыдущих отдыхающих. В номере было чисто. В целом проживанием довольна, но из-за вышеперечисленных пунктов больше бы сюда не поехала.

This is not a regular hotel. It is an upmarket "love hotel" (the kind business men take escorts to).
Plus, at 10:00 pm the night club one level up starts blasting house music till 3:00 am. It is impossible to sleep.
By the way, the staff at reception is super nice and polite, it's not their fault that this place should not be advertised to regular hotel guests.

Amazing view from 55th floor. Breakfast is served in the room and it is very good.

The fridge didn’t work, so my food went bad. They have another fridge in the hallway though - you can give it to staff so that they could lock the food in there. To get in, you have to either call the hotel every time you want to go up (they will request a one-time pass for you and you will have to show your passport to get the pass), or they’ll give you a multi-use pass but it’ll cost 2000 rub that you can get back when you check out.

Относительно неплохой Отель. Но ужасная пропускная система истощает нервную систему. Всякий раз нужно брать пропуск у администраторов бизнес-центра. Если в день выезда спуститься вниз утром, до расчётного времени выезда (12:00) и попытаться вернуться в гостиницу вас не пропустят.
Этот ужас с пропусками смазывает все впечатления от отеля.

Mirrors around the bed, including the ceiling, give a weird vibe. Everything else is good. Breakfast is alright but you can’t choose what to eat.

Stunning room in a stunning building at a stunningly low price considering England v Colombia in Moscow that night.

This was my 2nd trip to Moscow and it was amazing. Local people are awesome the food is great. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, anytime I needed something they would help me out a lot. Thanks so much hope to come and stay again.

Great hotel for the price, the views are outstanding!
Very pleasant and helpful staff.
The only issue I've noticed is hard to get to the building by taxi, need to notify hotel in order to open the gate - bit annoying, but anyways not a hotel itself problem. Other than that is very cool.

Everything was nice, tv-works great, mini-bar, wi-fi, amazing view, breakfast and dinner was awesome.
