Cons:

當天入住提供了證件，櫃檯人員當下問說是否用這名字訂房，我回答「是」，後來他對我說沒有這名字！當下我想說訂房時就是用中文，信用卡上面是英文拼音，於是我也把手機上訂單資料把訂單號碼找出來提供給他，他拿過去又退給我，又說「呵，我還是要名字，這找不到」。
第一，提供了訂單編號卻電腦沒法查詢？這讓我對飯店的系統或是人員訓練有疑問？
第二，訂房就是用中文 他說找不到，那我就當飯店系統都是英文版本，但連最基本的拼音也無法使用做尋找，會讓我覺得是不是專業度不夠。

Feel good and happy for the stay
Pros:

It is very near the Cianjin station with exit 3, just walk out of the station and walk for about 3-4mins and it will reach the hotel. The room is clean , big and comfortable enough

Cons:

The wall of the hotel is not sound proof as when someone is open or closing the door it will definetly shock you out of sudden. Or someone is flushing the toilet. The room is consider perfect just the sound proof part can be improve to be better
