Great hospitality during World Cup 2018
Pros:

The staff is superb in helping the guests, Sandra speaks excellent English very helpful in finding transportation and taxis for us. Also Anishtesia very sweet lady, smiley and welcoming any questions, around the clock shifts. The hotel is far from downtown or city center about one hour and the traffic to/out from Moscow is hectic. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing, meals are fine reasonable in quality and costs. Just a little more English at the reception desk is helpful.

Pros:

Четыре дня неплохо провели время в отеле на 8 марта.Жили в 403 апартаментах, обстановка в номере понравилась, уютно и комфортно находиться в нем. Если планируете отдых без детей, то более чем на выходные в нем делать нечего, очень маленький отель. - Убирались только по запросу. Пока не позвонили никто выносить мусор и пропылесосить не собирался. Вода при заеде, но можно было в столовой набрать бутылки из кулера. - Бассейн платный (800р/чел, ребенок с 6 лет 600р). С одной стороны меньше народу, с другой итоговая цена сильно превышает ожидания от отеля. Сауна понравилась. - Столовая, без слез там делать нечего. Очень маленький выбор и приносят всё не одновременно, что огорчает (на завтрак хочется блинов, но если их в первый заход не вынесли, то следующий только через час). Правда по запросу пожалили яйца оперативно, которых не было на завтраке. Компот вкусный. Выпечки практически не было за все дни.
-- Подушки очень не удобные, сразу при заезде запросили по второй подушке для всех. Принесли сразу. Спасть на двух подушках сильно удобнее. + Детская комната. Ребенку понравилась, но аниматоры занимаются в основном большими детьми, поэтому их оценить не можем. Каждый раз новые аниматоры, мы за 4 дня видели аж три разных пары. + На ресепшене попугай Карлуша, каждый день перед сном ходили с ребенком пообщаться с ним (он правда еще маленький и не разговаривает по человечески). + WiFi был качественный. + Был чайник, холодильник, кухня с комфоркой,микроволновка,сушка для одежды,стиралка

Pros:

This hotel is far off a main road in an area with no street signs or street lights. If the taxi driver had not already known where it is then it would have been hard to find. The property is set up like apartment buildings and we had to walk with our 20+Kg bags very far down hill to get to our building. There are no lights along the road to the building and no light on the building number. Once we got to the building all lights were off including hallways....which turned on once inside. Our room was to have a full or queen bed but had 2 single beds and no phone in the room either.

Pros:

空港や市街地からかなり遠く、森の中にあるホテルです。周りにもコンビニやお店など、一切ありません。タクシーの運転手さんもかなり苦労して到着しました。到着後も対応の悪さにがっかり・・・。入口にＶＩＳＡマークがありましたが、クレジットカードも使えません。おすすめできません。
