Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Pros:

The pool was nice and the staff were kind

Cons:

The pictures didn’t quite match what we got. Air conditioning didn’t work very well so the room was very hot.

Чистый уютный отель,вежливый и всегда готовый помочь персонал,у нас была комната с двумя балконами.Завтрак тоже был вкусный! До моря с детьми медленным шагом по жаре 15 минут,там же можно найти и супермаркет и ресторан.На такси от Ираклиона 20 минут и цена 50 евро.Если снять машину,выйдет дешевле и удобнее.

Cons:

Не работал вайфай в комнате,это единственный минус

Pros:

Staff super accogliente e disponibile. Piscina all’aperto con bar a bordo piscina aperto fino a tarda sera. Sdraio a bordo piscina. Posto auto incluso. Camera accogliente con tavolino all’aperto, prodotti per il bagno. Piccola cucina.
Colazione ricca e varia sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

Struttura interna, in particolare bagno della stanza da rinnovare, doccia piccola, bagno vecchio e non pienamente pulito.

bardzo niemiły właściciel, w pokoju był grzyb na ścianie i ciekła woda, meble w kuchni napuchniete od wody, jak prosilismy o pomoc w tej sprawie to zostaliśmy zignorowani właściciel powiedział że nie mamy mu mówić co ma robić. pobyt zakończył się po 1 dniu, a booking uwzględnił nasza reklamację na warunki zamieszkania

Muss man nicht buchen.
Pros:

ruhige Lage, parken vor dem Haus

Cons:

Uns wurde zuerst ein muffiges Zimmer im EG zugewiesen, Wasserflecken an der Wand, Kühlschrank rostig. Am 2. Tag erhielten wir dann ein Zimmer im OG. Das war okay.

הצוות נהדר שעזר בהכל. נענה לבקשתינו ובאמת שהיה אדיב ונעים.
המקום נקי ויפה. בריכה מאוד יפה.

Cons:

החדרים דורשים תחזוקה. יש הרבה דברים לא תקינים (כמו מתקן נייר בשירותים או הראש של המקלחת.
חסרה מאוד תאורת לילה ליד המיטות. יש רק אור עליון וזה קצת היה לא נוח.
ארוחת בוקר סבבה, אבל לא מגוונת לחלוטין.

Lovely little apartment complex, run by a really great team!
Pros:

Apartments were clean and comfortable and great value. We saw a few negative comments about the size of the bathrooms but it was absolutely fine for us. Super convenient to be able to park our hire car onsite. Breakfast was delicious. The team were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. We LOVED the pool and pool bar / hammock 🩵

Great value stay near airport
Pros:

Portokali apartment is a charming accommodation. Great value for the price. The Pool and surroundings are clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and approachable. We stayed 2 nights in the family room on the ground floor. The room is spacious, practical and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Book this place if you are looking for a budget stay in Crete and especially near the Heraklion airport.

Cons:

The bathroom could use some upgrading but it is functional and we have no complaints.

Pros:

Zaznaczam, że spaliśmy dosłownie kilka godzin, bo potrzebowaliśmy hotelu w miarę blisko lotniska (jedzie się 20 min, jest kilka stacji benzynowych po drodze). Sam hotel przyzwoity, obfite śniadanie wliczone w cenę. Sam pokój porządny, fajny balkon. Łazienka miniaturowa. Miła i pomocna obsługa (dojechaliśmy po 22.00, nie było problemów).

Cons:

Dwie małe niedogodności: dość głośna lodówka w salono-kuchni. Byliśmy w trzy osoby (jedno łóżko jest w pomieszczeniu z lodówką), lodówka nie pomagała w złapaniu kilku godzi snu. Druga niedodbość to zasłona prysznicowa, która w małej łazience dosłownie oblepiała ciało (alternatywą jest zalanie podłogi wodą).

Personalen enastående. De var så glada och vänliga. Centralt beläget och ändå så lugnt nattetid. Sängen, par, var så bekväm
