Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal,die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf Prag. Das Restaurant neben an im Keller ist sehr zu empfehlen - tolles Ambiente und ausgezeichnetes Essen (wir hatten die viertel Gans + Pommes fürs Kind)

Allgemein: Insgesamt normal.
Pros:

Zimmer: In einem Zimmer war das Fenster sehr klein und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Im anderen Zimmer war das Fenster kaputt und konnte ebenfalls nicht geöffnet werden.
Frühstück: Normal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist als 4-Sterne-Hotel angegeben, entspricht jedoch meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci hanno accompagnato a un parcheggio fuori dal centro, visto che il loro parcheggio era pieno. Palazzo storico, bello.

Cons:

Essendo un palazzo storico, ovviamente i bagni sono un po’ vecchi.

Quirky and lovely place centrally located
Pros:

Charming old hotel at the top of Wenceslas. Lovely restaurants about as were grocery stores. Huge room and lots of light. Easy to get in and out of all areas. Quiet. Restaurant next door. Lovely roof top bar...have a drink at sunset...quiet magical. Staff all lovely and so helpful

Pros:

Everything, staff were absolutely lovely upon check in, even had a gentleman take my luggage to my room for me. Once in room, a complimentary bottle of wine and cake was in there for me. Such a nice touch, and upon check out, a gift voucher for a future stay as well as a magnet and a bottle of water! Location is perfect too, old town isn't too far.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione e la gentilezza dello staff in receptio

A noi è stata assegnata una tripla a piano terra abbastanza bruttina; c’era parecchia polvere sui mobili e i bicchieri in camera non erano puliti
