Die Lage war nahe an deiner U-Bahnstation. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht dem Internetauftritt. Wir habe dann um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, dass leider nur etwas besser war. Die Betten haben sehr laut geknackst, konnten nicht direkt zusammengestellt werden (ca. 15 cm breite Lücke wegen der Rahmen). Der Parkettfußboden hat an jeder Stelle geknackst. Das mobile Klimagerät war sehr laut. So dass wir es über Nacht abstellen mussten. Auf Grund des hohen Straßenlärms durch den stetigen Verkehr an ein schlafe mit offenen Fenster über Nacht nicht angebracht.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral angelegt und sehr aussergewöhnlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr nett, gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick von der Terasse war wunderschön.

Cons:

Ich bin kein Fan von Dachgeschoss - jeder hat aber einen anderen Geschmack.

Ten hotel to scam.
Pros:

Jedyne pozytywne aspekty hotelu to personel oraz śniadania.

Cons:

Insekty w pokoju, na łóżku i pościeli. Ekipa sprzątająca napewno musiała je wcześniej widzieć, bo cały czas chodziły po pokoju. Hotel to scam, kompletnie inne miejsce niż na zdjęciach. Standard bardzo niski. Winda nie dojeżdża na wszystkie piętra, brak dobrej klimatyzacji lub w ogóle jej brak. Najpierw dostałam zupełnie inny pokój, który był fatalny. Następnie zmieniono go na ten, który zarezerwowałam. W pokojach wcale nie ma okien jak na zdjęciach. Łazienki mają bardzo niski standard. W hotelu brzydko pachnie. Na cały pokój miałam jedno gniazdko, w łazience żadnego. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo negatywne. Jedynie śniadania oraz personel byli na duży plus.

Em Praga, voltaria ao mesmo hotel.
Pros:

O hotel superou minhas expectativas. Equipe atenciosa, bom café da manhã.
Mas o que eu mais gostei foi a decoração do hotel, uma decoração antiga, clássica, simplesmente linda! Combina com o clima de Praga.

Perfect location, great staff would stay again!

The staff were wonderful, very friendly. The room was huge and spotlessly clean

Cons:

The air on units being on the mezzanine wasn’t great control was hot but it was 37 degrees that day!
