I am not sure I understood this was a condo hotel. No typical services of a full service hotel. Thus, "room" is a studio suite. Spacious.

Very nice property. Friendly staff and owner.
The property itself was quaint as if the guest were almost a community. There were common seating areas to gather which guests did during our visit. The property was one block from many of the best restaurants in Bucerias and two blocks from the beach. The staff was very friendly as well.
Wonderful trip, young man at hotel was very helpful in getting me from his hotel to another. He also helped fix a toilet that was not working properly when I arrived.

Very clean, quiet and friendly staff.
The property is in a good location and close to the center of bucerias. Room is clean but basic. Nice building and authentic decor. I felt safe but the facility is more like an Airbnb than an inn/hotel. Overall I would recommend as good value for what you pay.

Beautiful room with lots of space. Garden and pool were very nice. Easy walk to restaurants and beach.
This place is a gem. If you want every bell and whistle, perhaps it’s not for you. If you want quiet, old world charm you’ve found the spot. It’s location is perfect for a stroll to the beach and some of the best restaurants in Bucerias.
Enjoyed our stay. Great ambiance. Location. Staff very helpful. A good experience.

Hidden gem close to all the main spots in bucerias
Loved the rooms and balconies. Felt like a house and not a hotel, pool was great and staff was super friendly. Will be back !!!
First of all the owner/manager is a grumpy old man. He did not smile at us once which made us feel very unwelcome. Secondly, they need to invest in new bedding and pool towels. The pillows seemed to be so old that they did not have any comfort at all. The bottom sheet and mattress cover had no elastic left and kept coming off the mattress. The comforter was pretty thread bare and the pool towels were stained and faded.

Only downside was there is no onsite parking.
