A gentileza do staff. Todas as pessoas são muito educadas, e com muita calma e paciência para explicar e auxiliar no check in.

Cons:

O chuveiro, a pia e o acento sanitário ficam todos juntos num espaço fechado, se vc liga o chuveiro vc molha tudo. Depois se outra pessoa vai usar alguma coisa dentro, tudo está molhado. Não tem elevador, ou pelo menos não estava disponível na data da minha hospedagem.

Excelente custo benefício e localização.
Pros:

Atendimento e cortesia dos funcionários, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Limpeza muito boa, excelente cama, toalhas e silêncio. Cortina blackout conseguia escurecer bem o quarto. Café da manhã ótimo.

Recomand cu căldură
Pros:

Personalul jovial încerca să te ajute cu orice, camera dotată ce tot ce era nevoie(apă, cafea, iaurt, obiecte de întreținete), prosoapele se schimbau zilnic, micul dejun excelent, proximitatea a 2 stații de metrou...aaa, serviciul de spălare haine bun și gratuit. I-aș fi dat nota zece dacă nu erau micile probleme de mai jos,dar e un hotel foarte primitor.

Cons:

Puține lucruri nu mi-au plăcut... necunoasterea de către personalul de la recepție a limbii engleze, pernele foarte tari și o pată imensă de mecegai pe perete la check-in, dar remediată în scurt timp(curățat și gletuit)...aaa covorul din zonele comune, holuri, arată oribil.

The cleaning and breakfast staff was very nice. Some of the reception was nice to help

Free water and snacks which saved me a lot of time, it was great !
A lot of toiletries in the room and reception

Cons:

It was in a Dark small alley. Not so nice to walk alone during the evenings
Taxis couldn’t find the hotel
The staff didn’t speak English as it says in the description. Some of the staff seemed a bit lazy / not so service minded
They wash your laundry but NOT your underwear and socks, which became a problem

Super option pour explorer le vieux Pékin
Pros:

- L’hôtel se trouve dans les hutong traditionnels de Pékin, cela facilite l’immersion dans les vieux quartiers à explorer à pied ou à vélo.
- La ligne de métro express dessert l’arrêt Beixingqiao, pas très loin de l’hôtel.
- Décoration vintage très sympa.
- Le personnel de l’hôtel est super accueillant et très serviable.
- Très bon petit déjeuner.
