Comfortable, clean and decent stay at the city center
Pros:

Location is right at the city center itself and across Sara Kulturhus and the city’s square. It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, grocery and shopping center. We stayed for one night and it is just what we need, comfortable, decent and clean stay and a proper breakfast. Bathrooms are also newly renovated and modern.

Hemtrevligt boende med bra service
Pros:

Fantastisk god frukost, hemmagjord sylt och smoothie bland annat, kändes att det var bra kvalitet på råvarorna. Inte så stor buffé men jag saknade inget utan allt som man ville ha fanns och det kändes noga utvalt. Vid incheckningen var vi något sena (kom efter kl 22) men allt gick väldigt smidigt, fick ett sms men hur vi skulle checka in och när vi anlände hängde en liten tygpåse med vårat namn i receptionen och vi hade fått ett nummer att ringa om något skulle krångla (vilket det inte gjorde). All personal var även väldigt vänliga. Skulle absolut bo här igen om jag kommer till Skellefteå någon mer gång.

Cons:

Saknade krokar i badrummet så det är ett förslag på förbättring. Annars inget att anmärka på.

DETTA HOTELL LÄMPAR SIG INTE FÖR RÖRELSEHINDRADE OCH ÄLDRE PERSONER!
Pros:

Frukosten var bra men inte av hög klass. Personalen var trevlig.

Cons:

På Bookingcom stod det att det fanns parkeringsgarage i källaren och att det fanns en restaurang. Restaurangen var emellertid stängd över sommaren! Ett märkligt beslut som borde ha framgått av informationen på Bookingcom.
Men värst av allt: Parkeringsgaraget låg två plan under markplan, och det fanns ingen hiss som ledde till hotellet.
Vi är rörelsehindrade och skulle aldrig ha valt detta hotell om vi vetat att vi skulle vara tvungna att gå tre trappor upp innan man nådde hissen som tog oss vidare till hotellet. Vi hade bokat två nätter (ej återbetalningsbart) men valde att resa efter en natt. Vi valde att parkera på en handikapplats ute på stan, och åka taxi till hotellet. Parkeringsaraget knäckte oss fullständigt.

Ihana aamiainen. Myös tyttäreni toive vegaani-aamupalasta huomioitiin hienosti. Rauhallinen mutta kattava aamupala <3

Majoituimme illalla myöhään niin oli vaikea löytää auton kanssa sisäänkäynti koska se oli kävelykadulla. Onneksi emme saaneet sakkoja vaikka jätimme auton kyseenalaiseen parkkiin yöksi
