Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich!
Parken mit dem Motorrad am Hoteleigenen Parkplatz war nicht möglich.
15min. Fussmarsch vom öffentlichen Parkhaus bei 35* mit Motorradgewand!

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert!

Völlig unklar wie eine Bewertung vpn 9,2 zustande gekommen ist.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Das Personal immer freundlich. Gute Auswahl am Buffet , war alles sehr lecker. Kommen gerne wieder

Pros:

В жаркие дни не работают кондиционеры. В комнате невозможно находиться. Даже вечером в лобби было жарко. На улице было больше 30 градусов. На рецепшен брали заявку не проверку кондиционера. Никто не пришёл.
Очень жаль что из-за этого испортили все впечатление.
