El servicio del personal. No te dan las instrucciones, no te ayudan. La señorita de recepción cero servicial. El aire de mi cuarto no enfriaba y mi tv no prendía, le comenté y nunca llegó la persona a arreglarlo. Después que volví de mi paseo le pregunté y muy mal educada me dijo que ya habían ido y que todo estaba en orden. Hasta que muy amablemente otra señorita de la recepción me acompañó y ya me dijo cuál era el problema porque no prendía la tv. Los de mantenimiento nunca fueron a mi cuarto a revisar mi aire y hacia bastante calor. Deben de poner más atención con el personal de servicio, no hablan ingles y es difícil manejarse con señas, no te pueden ayudar y luego se molestan porque no se les entiende. Y a la señorita de recepción, debe de ser más empática y poner más atención. No fui la única con la que se portó grosera, había algunas personas pasando por situaciones similares al servicio con ella.

Leider waren die warmen Speisen immer fast ganz kalt. Das Buffet zur Halbpension war sehr enttäuschend für ein Vier Sterne Hotel: einfallslos, alles war trocken und kalt, es gab keinerlei Sauce. Schade. Im Zimmer war der Ablauf der Dusche völlig verstopft, die Seife war leer. Für den Hund sollten wir 32 Euro pro Nacht zahlen, das wurde dann zwar halbiert, ist aber immer noch sehr viel. Und wir bekamen dafür weder eine Decke noch Futter- oder Wasserschüssel oder vielleicht Leckerlis. Das machen andere viel besser.

Hotel má asi nejlepší léta již za sebou. Návštěvníci chodí na jídlo ve sportovním, v teplákách, kraťasech - prostě hrůza.
Český personál se těžko hledá.

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, bei Ankunft lagen Haare an der Türschwelle und getrimmte Haare im Waschbecken. Die Reinigungskräfte haben zwar die Bettdecken schön gefaltet, aber die Kopfkissen waren verkrumpelt. Die bereits erwähnten Haare waren nach der ersten Nacht immer noch vorhanden, trotz "Reinigung". Balkon sah auch schon durch Umwelteinflüsse rustikal aus.

There is honestly nothing I can recommend about this hotel. The property is old, tired and dirty, and the overall attitude towards guests feels careless and indifferent. But all of this became secondary after what happened with my personal data.

Shortly after my genuine reservation, unknown third parties obtained accurate information connected to my booking — including my name, phone number, hotel and exact stay dates. I received at least four targeted fraud attempts using these details. The hotel acknowledged in writing that it was investigating how my reservation data may have been compromised and promised to update me. Then they simply stopped responding.

For weeks I repeatedly asked for the results of their investigation. Nothing. No explanation of how criminals obtained my reservation information, no information about what data was affected, no meaningful action, no solution and no compensation. I was simply left alone to deal with a serious personal-data security issue while the hotel ignored my messages.

Formal complaints regarding the incident and its handling have now been submitted/escalated to Booking.com’s Data Protection Office and the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ). I have preserved the correspondence and evidence. After this experience, I have completely lost trust in this hotel.

There are plenty of hotels in Karlovy Vary — choose another one. I strongly recommend avoiding Dvorak Spa & Wellness.

Расположение - почти на выселках туристической зоны. Нет нормальной парковки.
СПА как таковое отсутствует - только маленький бассейн и сауна. Хамам не работает.
СПА программ по сути нет. 40 евро за 30 минутный массаж ног - это сюр.
