Cons:

Mein Auto wurde auf dem Privatgelände von dem Hotel beschädigt und mir wurde gesagt, es wäre mein Problem.
Das Personal im Buffet war total lustlos und man hat deren Lustlosigkeit richtig gespürt. die Fußbodenbeläge waren überall dreckig. die Badewanne war undicht überall war schimmeln. . es lagen an jeder Ecke tote Spinnen.

все было отлично. завтраки и ужины не сказать что большое разнообразие, но всегда можно было выбрать подходящее и вкусное. в номерах чисто. Приеxали на автобусе regiojet из аэропорта, очень удобно. По Карловым варам больше пешком но использовали такси bolt и автобус номер 2 останавливается рядом. да отличная сауна сухая и мокрая работает с 8 утра до 9 вечера.

Cons:

не работал бассейн .Такое впечатление, что давно, узнавайте перед бронированием если важно. На рецепшн предложили ходить в другую гостиницу бесплатно, но не очень удобно , мы не воспользовались.

Die sehr freundliche Kollegin an der Bar . Freundlich und aufmerksam .Die Dame die die Massagen gemacht hat ebenfalls freundlich und kompetent

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption . Schwimmbad geschlossen . Saunabereich schmutzig, vieles defekt , sehr ungepflegt und kein Charme . Dieser Bereich hat weder was mit Wellness noch was mit Spa zu tun . Das Abendbuffet kostet 25 € pro Person und die Qualität erinnert stark an sehr schlechtes Krankenhaus Essen . Das Ambiente des Restaurant erinnert eher an eine alte Kantine . Die Fotos über das Hotel entsprechen auf keinem Fall der Realität. Es ist lange her das dieses Haus dem entsprach was es scheinen will

Hotel bol v dobrej lokalite, všade sa dalo dostať peši, alebo kúsok od autobusovej zastávky. Bol tu veľmi príjemný personál. Bohaté raňajky a večere, veľmi chutné jedlá, zákusky aj džúsy. Izba bola čistá a dobre zariadená. Vo wellness aj v Balneu si príjemné oddýchnete. Pri ďalšej návšteve Karlových Varoch sa sem rada vrátim.

Deres aircondition virker ikke, og jeg kan se fra tidligere beskrivelser om hotellet, at det har stået på i mere end et år.
Det er simpelthen ikke godt nok til et 4 stjernet hotel, og de burde sanktioneres.

Gutes Frühstück, top Lage, Badezimmer nur mir Badewanne
Pros:

Frühstück ist umfangreich, das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, auf der Hautpromenade.

Cons:

Das Bad hat eine sehr tiefe Badewanne in der man duschen soll. Eine begehbare Dusche wäre besser und zeitgemäß.
Die Türen sind aufgequollen. Die Matratze war zu hart für uns.
Wir haben das Hotel nur wegen des Pools gebucht, der leider nicht nutzbar war!

Nem ajánlom!
Pros:

Nagyon jó központi helyen van, minden látvànyosság könnyen elérhető.

Cons:

A szemèlyzet morcos egyáltalán nem kedvesek.
A szoba koszos, poros. A wc használat előtt is már büdis. Tele volt nyugdíjasokkal ami olyan érzést keltett mintha egy idős otthonba lennèk. Érkezéskor tudtuk meg, hogy az amúgy wellness miatt foglalt szàlláson nem használhatjuk a medencét technikai okok miatt (csempézték), amiről az érkezést megelőzően e-mailben elfelejtettek tájékoztatni!!! A kaja ehetetlen rossz volt, mind a négy nap ugyanazt készítették.Nem volt változatos.A szobákra ràférne a falújítás és ha már szőnyegpadló van arra egy alapos tisztítás a foltok miatt is. A légkondi olyan hangos hogy pihenni nem lehet mellette.

Rendben lévő szálloda rengeteg orosszal.
Pros:

Étkezések rendben.

Cons:

A fő probléma, ami miatt valamiféle visszautalást is kérnénk, hogy nem működött a medencés (pool) rész. Mivel ez az egyik fő része volt a szálloda választásunknak és a szálloda előre nem tájékoztatott a hibáról ezért egy bizonyos összeg visszatérítését kérjük.
