My room being on the ground floor when I had requested a quiet room, when I booked over a year ago, sadly due to extreme temperatures my room was very hot, couldn't open windows wide as on ground floor and pavement right outside with people passing
Friendly helpful staff, excellent location wi the an entry to the metro round the corner and central station a block away. Comfortable bed. Relatively quiet.
No air conditioning during record breaking heat. But they did provide a fan.

No tenía aire condicionado, la "cocina" no sirve para nada, poco menaje, microondas dentro de un armario que se le cae la puerta encima, cortina de la ducha muy usada. Caro para lo que ofrece.

I found left shampoo on shower which was half used. So it is not clean.
No aircondition so room was hot.
Habitación confortable, limpia, prolija, de decoración agradable. De un tamaño satisfactorio. Buen baño, cómodo. Colchones y almohadas muy buenas. Café, té diarios. Limpian cada día. A apenas dos cuadras de la estación central de tren y cerca de los lugares de interés como para ir caminando. Ciudad muy limpia, agradable, amplia. Todo nos brindó una muy buena experiencia!
Lo único que puedo decir que nos tocaron días de calor y la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. Abriendo las ventanas y con un pequeño ventilador lo superamos.
Accessibility to the Metro and Copenhagen rail station. 2 minute walk to the old Meat Packing area
No air conditioning. Breakfast was ok, but limited.
The room was crooked, the floor was slanted. Much smaller than the picture on the website. Breakfast was a paper bag with 2 rolls on the door. Go for a different hotel without breakfast- there are lots of coffee shops in the area. Supper small bathroom. Not worth the price

Établissement très bien situé pour une découverte de Copenhague...à pied. Tout proche de la gare.
Le personnel est accueillant, discret et professionnel.
Design et ameublement tout à fait agréable et sympathique.
J'ai occupé une suite du rez de chaussée spacieuse et...assez calme. Il faut dire que le quartier est vivant et bien fourni en bars, restaurants variés et commerces. La vie nocturne y est intense.
Sympa le spa...après une journée de visite ; et la kitchenette est pratique.
Pour Copenhague et ce type de logements le rapport qualité/prix est très correct.
L'offre de petit déjeuner - accroché à votre porte au matin - a l'avantage d'exister mais n'est d'aucun intérêt...que de pâtes à tartiner salées et 1 micro portion de miel et de confiture par personne, 1 yaourt très quelconque et 1 fruit rikiki....prévoyez autre chose.
We booked this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled. It is really close to the Central train station and the metro, making it extremely convenient.
The reception staff was very courteous and our room was ready shortly after made the booking (with an upgrade, yay!).
The room was massive and was equipped with well functioning air conditioning unit, for which we were grateful whilst in the middle of a heatwave. The bed was clean and comfortable; the room even had a small kitchenette with a sink and kettle.
The bathroom was big as well, and the shower had good water pressure.
The bathroom could do with a deep clean (shower grouting) and update of the dated/worn equipment (some had signs of rust).
The towel rack was placed above the toilet, which doesn't strike me as particularly hygienic, even if flushing with the lid closed - but this is a matter of preference.
