Nonostante abbia prenotato una sweet non c'era assolutamente alcun servizio ad eccezione di una vecchia e piccola vasca idromassaggio. Cambio biancheria non effettuato e colazione pagata ma assolutamente minimale. Delusione completa

Cons:

Noise. It was sooo loud. We had a room on the street side and couldn’t sleep because you could hear every passing car and there were many parked there so you would also very closely hear every motor starting

Excellent, would definitely recommend a stay. Would return if in Copenhagen again.
Pros:

Firstly the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and nothing seemed too much of a problem to accommodate requests.

Cons:

Being from Australia I missed air conditioning, but this is a European thing not a hotel thing!

Location was perfect. Personel were perfect .
Pros:

There was no breakfast restaurant in the hotel .Thats why we made the breakfast they gave us daily with a basket (including fresh breads and wonderful pastries ) in our room.

Cons:

It would be better if the bed little bid bigger.

A gem of a small family hotel
Pros:

Great location close to the central station and metro. Our room was upgraded free of charge. Excellent continental breakfast delivered to the room. Lots to see and do within walking distance.

A fabulous boutique hotel in Copenhagen in central location-highly recommend!
Pros:

Great location close to train station, spacious airy room with many windows, comfortable bed, great idea to deliver breakfast provisions to the room, pleasant staff

Only that the pillows were a bit soft
