A warm and welcoming staff that makes you feel like you're a guest in their home.
Pros:

It's rare that you step into a hotel and it feels like a home. At the Haldenhof, from the first moment that we came in, the owners greeted us and treated us like we were family. Every detail was thought of. When we went to breakfast, they remembered our coffee order from the previous day and asked if we wanted the same thing. When we were running a little late to breakfast, they kept the buffet open. When our friends decided to impromptu stop by, they served us all on the terrace. Every detail felt thoughtful and considered for the guests to have the ultimate experience.

The staff goes above and beyond. The owners make you feel like you're a guest in their home. The lobby of the hotel is a warm and inviting living room with games and delicious daily cake in the afternoon. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The terrace is intimate with couches and lounge chairs. The spa is a relaxing escape after a day of hiking or skiing. We couldn't be more happy, impressed, by our first visit to Haldenhof!

Above all else, I just want to recognize the owners of the hotel who really made us feel like family. They were flexible and accommodating to every request - checking in and ensuring we were taken care of at all times. We will definitely be back

Der Service war wirklich ganz toll, jeder war sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top!

Heel gezellig en mooi family-runned hotel in typische Oostenrijkse stijl, heel gastvrij en super vriendelijk personeel, alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en aan ieder detail is gedacht. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt en waardevol, variërende menu in de halfpension-formule. Uitstekende locatie!
