Hotel was on prime location. Only thing which was not favouring us was that our room was on second floor. It was very hard to pick all the luggage by the stairs.

Отель удобно расположен - в 5 минутах ходьбы Адмиралтейство, в 7-10 минутах метро "Адмиралтейская", Невский проспект и Дворцовая площадь. Проживал в номере Junior. В целом проживанием доволен: номер просторный, с собственной большой ванной комнатой и гидромассажной ванной. В номере было всё необходимое для проживания, за исключением чайника (при этом чайная посуда в номере была). Завтраки - в заведении в соседнем доме. С учётом хорошего ценового предложения и расположения отеля впечатление от проживания положительные.

Хорошее место для короткой остановки, особенно рекомендую туристам, т.к. в пешей доступности много достопримечательностей.
Отдельное спасибо персоналу за хорошее обслуживание.

sehr zentral gelegen, alle Treffpunkte für Touren waren zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso Metro und Busse, Souveniershops und Restaurants. Frühstück war sehr gut, zum rauchen muss man allerdings auf die Strasse, leider

Отличный отель. Останавливались в этом отеле уже третий раз. Прекрасное расположение, доброжелательный персонал, отличный номер, вкусный завтрак. В следующий раз только сюда. Рекомендую всем.

Приветливо встретили. Быстро заселили. Номер чистый и хорошо оснащённый. Завтрак в соседнем кафе прекрасен. Уборка быстрая и бесшумная. Месторасположение удобное для пеших и речных прогулок.

Very friendly and helpful staff, both by email and in person. Large rooms both modern and clean. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but overall would recommend. Great location.

에르미타주까지 걸어서 10분 안걸려요. 7분정도? 3명이 사용해서 간이침대 추가 부탁했는데 그렇게 이용하기에는 방이 좀 좁았어요. 간이침대가 많이 삐그덕 거려서 좀 불편.. 조식은 옆건물로 이동해서 먹어야 해서 번거로운감이 있긴한데 바로 옆이라 딱히 어려움을 느끼진 않음.
제공되는 어메니티는 한 번 사용해보고 한국에서 가져간거 사용함. 화장실도 좁고 전반적으로 쫌 좁아요.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Saint-Pétersbourg. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à 200m de lErmitage, on peut pratiquement visiter tout ce qu'il y a à voir à pied.
Hôtel très correct même si quelques fois ils sont un peu débordés et oublient de nettoyer la chambre.

ดีเลย ไปถึงเจอประตูไม่ใหญ่กดออดแล้วขอ checkin แล้ว พนง จะปลดล็อคให้ เข้าไปเดินขึ้นบันไดไปสามชั้นไม่มีลิฟต์ บันไดไม่ชันมาก ที่ฟร้อนส่งพนง.ลงมาช่วยยกกระเป๋าได้ดี จนท.ฟร้อนคนแรกที่เจอพูด eng ไม่ค่อยได้แต่ว่ายิ้มแย้มและต้อนรับดีมาก วันต่อๆ มาจนท.หร้อนบางคนก็พูด eng ได้ดี อาหารเช้าให้คูปองมาวันต่อวันไปกินที่ร้านอาหารข้างๆ อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ดีมาก มีพวกข้าว, แฮม, ขนมปัง, แยม, เนย, ใส้กรอก, ไข่, ผลไม้และอื่นๆ ทำเลดีอยู่ห่างจากถนน nervsky นิดเดียว (จะเรียกว่าติดหัวมุม nervsky ก็ได้) ใกล้กับ hermitage winter palace และ st.issac มาก ห้องดีแต่เตยงเสริมนอนไม่สบาย (ไปกันเลขคี่ คนเลยขอเตียงเสริม) ในห้องไม่มีกาต้มน้ำให้แต่ว่าไปขอที่ฟร้อนได้ใจดี ตอน checkout จนท.ฟร้อนก็ช่วยยกกระเป่าลงบันไดไปให้

There's no lift. It's very hard for seniors like us to climb the stairs. The location is excellent. Close to St Isaac Cathedral , Heritage and other more attractions.

Ótimo hotel no aspecto custo/benefício, localização privilegiada muito próximo às atrações principais da cidade é possível fazer os trajetos à pe, mercados, lojas e restaurantes diversificados e bem próximos, o ponto negativo do Hotel é por se tratar de imóvel antigo e padrão na cidade a recepção e apartamentos se situam no piso siuperior sem a existencia de elevador, então amigos imaginem vc subindo se arrastando degraus por degraus que não poucos, com aquela malinha que amedida que passa o tempo parece estar repleta de ferro.

We traveled on Jan of 2019 and thought about saving some money on accommodation costs thus we chose this hotel. This hotel is cheap - therefore you can not expect to have a luxurious rooms or additional services, but you would still expect some sort of decency.
Our first problems began with receptionist; unfortunately she did not speak any English. This was manageable, at least we had Google translate and sort of sorted things out.
After this we noticed that our room had more than 30 degrees inside - thermostats were broken and couldn't be adjusted + we had bugs in WC. After 4 complains we got promised to do something with it, but nothing happened in any of those times. Eventually the receptionist said that keep the window open, even though there were -20 degrees outside. We tried to ask for a possibility to different room, but they were not willing to give that. Breakfast on the "restaurant" next to hotel was quite bad; one cup of coffee and youghurt, raw beans and some toast. It was free, so that was ok, but definitely would not pay anything for that. On the last day we tried to have a late check-out, but for that 1-2 hours that would have cost more than 15 euros that was also ridicilous (to compare, price for one night was 39 euros).
In conclusion; staying for one night and just need a roof on top of you, this is cheap place in good location - go for it. If you are staying for any other reason, I suggest investing a little bit more and choosing some better option.
