Could have been a 9, but it wasn't..
Pros:

The bathroom was excellent, and the room was very quiet, impressive as it is right next to an elevated freeway. Lobby, elevator and common areas are nice.

But the in room carpet is very worn and musty, very surprised it wasn't replaced with tile or hardwood when bathrooms were renovated. Most frustrating part of my stay was the power outlets where my chargers kept falling out! Needed to rig a support with a tissue box and remote control to charge my devices.

Cons:

Higher quality power outlets and new flooring in the rooms would go a long way to making this hotel a great stay.
Internal soundproofing could be better too, could hear conversations in the hall and other rooms clearly.
Location isn't as convenient as other Beauty hotels.
