This was the most disappointing experience with grand beach.
Pros:

The room was nice but the experience was awful.

Cons:

We experienced a security issue during our stay when we explicitly requested not to have anyone enter our room and later returned to find it that room service had entered. Additionally we were unable to access the beach during our stay due to some sort of construction. To say that was disappointing would be an absolute understatement. It ruined our trip entirely. On top of this, we reached out numerous times to Grand Beach after our stay and they did NOTHING about both issues.

Piscina e praia maravilhosa. Conforto no quarto e recepcionista do west muito querida.
Pros:

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel, ele é muito bom, mas dessa vez estávamos sem carro e ele fica um pouco longe de South beach e do Aventura mall.

Cons:

Esqueci um shampoo e 1 condicionador , enviei 3 e-mails para tentar ir buscar na minha volta do Cruzeiro ( enviei dm inglês) e nem me responderam.

Largely very happy during our vacation at this property!
Pros:

It is very close to the beach and shares all facilities between both buildings. Both roofs have pools, jacuzzi, and bar service in quiet surrounding. The staff is attentive, and helpful.

Cons:

CNN stopped working 4 times during our stay, and it was linked to Server problems. IT needed to reboot.

Cleanliness and room upkeep could be improved.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had
Pros:

TERRIBLE!!!!! Our room wasn’t cleaned for THREE DAYS!! We had to send my son to sleep at a relative’s because they never made up his bed!! Absolutely disgusting

Pros:

The location was great. the rooftop pool was very wam.

Cons:

The room photos show a lobby and a balcony, This hotel has no lobby! you have to go across the road to use the lobby. The room had no balcony, we had to be moved as the lift was backing onto our room and was very noisy.
I also got charged for 3 nights parking when i only parked for 1 night. i am still waiting for someone to get back to me for a refund!
