The property scammed all its visitors by selling out the property to FIFA
Pros:

Generally a clean hotel with prompt maintenace and 2 washrooms per room with a queen bed and futon

Cons:

We booked the hotel as we have had good experiences in the past with their great gyms, lobbies, balconies, beach access, classes. The property was sold out to FIFA related client and NONE of those amenaities were available. no gym, no balconies, no beach access, no classes, ... they were uspposed to deduct the resort fees from day one and never did. We are working on a refund currently with booking.com and the property. The staff was hit or miss. either they were dear in headlights useless or they were kind but still useless. They never charged less due to their selling out all the ervices.. this is fraudulent.

O Antedimento da recepção do hotel anexo deixa a desejar, desorganização para recebeminto de encomendas inclusive com estravio de produtos, as vezes a recepção fica sem colaborador, se puder sugerir não fiquem nas acomodações do outro lado da rua.

Don’t go there!!!!!!
Pros:

Only the room is nice, we couldn't access the swimming pool or the restaurant, which should have been mentioned when we booked, and we had to pay the full price

Cons:

The service was awful, the air was too cold and we can’t change, we asked at the reception twice and they didn't do anything about that, the staff was terrible
