Es war sehr schön.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und man ist sehr schnell mit dem Skibus in Kaltenbach. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön, sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Das WLAN ging auf dem Zimmer nicht.
Es war immer unglaublich warm im Zimmer, obwohl wir den Heizkörper schon ausgestellt hatten. Im Bad das selbe.

Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht vom gesamten Angebot werden auf gar keinen Fall wieder hier buchen

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war schon nicht einladend mussten alle Informationen immer wieder erfragen die Zimmer wurden nicht täglich gereinigt erst nach Aufforderung an der Rezeption das Frühstück entsprach auch nicht unseren Vorstellungen laut Beschreibung sehr einfach erst auf Nachfrage konnte man Rührei bestellen musste aber dann gleich pro Portion 4,00 Euro bezahlen obwohl das Restaurant im Hotel ansässig ist musste nach jeder Mahlzeit sofort bezahlt werden auch hier war der Service mangelhaft!!!

Die Zirbenzimmer sind sehr angenehm, ruhig und passen wunderbar in die nahe Bergwelt.

Es war super 😁
Pros:

Das Gesamte Personal war super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man brauchte, die Aussicht vom Balkon war super.
Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt, war immer frisch und sehr lecker, auch hier super freundliche Menschen.
