Three times shuttle bus between exhibition center to hotel, very convinient. Room was clean and staff's are very kind. Service is good, I am very satisfied.

The check-in staff was very friendly towards guests before me. She maintained her composure and being calm towards agitated guest whom seem to have problem with their booking. She served with a smile that made you felt welcome. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable that made me refuse to wake up. Breakfast choices of selection were marvelous, plenty of food to choose from. Love the scramble eggs especially.

our booking confirm thru expedia, but when check in, the reception give us invoice that we must pay again..
we tough that was deposit check in, but when check out that wasn't deposit money
