Fel eftersom dom plockat bort den. Personal sa olika tider om frukosten. Dålig information.
Vi fick information om att frukosten var till 10.00 och den var bortplockad, så en personal tog fram bara lite eftersom allt redan var bortplockad och vi hade fått olika tider . Förvirrande

Cons:

Mycket dåligt incheckning system när personal inte finns på plats. Höll på att ge upp och åka hem innan vi fick vjälp!

Vi trivs bra på hotell Vilja på grund den familjära atmosfären och den goda parkeringsmöjligheten
Cons:

Fick vänta och kontakta utan hjälp en och en halv timme på kvällen efter en lång dagsresa innan incheckningen lyckades för att dörrkortet inte aktiverades!

Suveränt att jag kunde ha min hund med mig
Bra med gratis parkeringsplats i direkt anslutning till hotellet
God frukost buffe med stort utbud

Cons:

Personalen hade väldigt låg tillgänglighet.

Gästköket saknade rena kökshanddukar, rena disktrasor & över huvudtaget saknades möjligheter att på hygieniskt sätt ha/ skapa rent i köket.

Lösning: Personalen kunde rutinmässigt ha städat köket varje dag/ fyllt på med städprodukter.

Instruktioner för tvättmaskin saknades, vilket gjorde att jag inte vågade använda den- ville inte riskera att förstöra något.

Lösning: Laminerade instruktioner fastsatta på tvättmaskinen
