308的室外機低頻噪音非常非常非常非常非常大聲！！超崩潰！！坐在電視機前沒有發現，但要就寢時，躺在枕頭上，耳朵就開始被噪音轟炸！低頻噪音是耳塞都無法阻擋的噪音，更可怕的是，噪音來源還是床頭的位子！還有床板+柱子變成一個低頻噪音共鳴箱！！一整晚沒辦法睡覺！可是都很晚了，也不想再整理換房間！住了好幾次，第一次遇到這個問題，大家務必跟旅館人員確認住房樓層位置……

是一個很棒的飯店，小孩也喜歡，還說下次還要住這家。

地點相當好，附近機能更棒，水壓超強洗澡真的很舒服，下次會再來住的。

立地だけ

Cons:

清潔感はあまりなく(ハウスダスト、テーブルの汚れ)。
騒音がひどくて隣部屋のシャワー音、喋る声、荷物のチャックの音まで聞こえた。
設備に不具合があったにも関わらず、使い方の事前説明がなく、何回もフロントに確認に行ったけど当たり前のような態度でお詫びもなかったです。返金できなくてもホテルを変える決断をすればよかったと夜中に後悔していた。

感覺很好！會提醒11:30要離開，而且且態度非常親切！

週五住宿
大廳：裝潢非常有質感
住行政房，一個單人床一個雙人床
隔音設備：很好
房間明亮度：非常的好，燈光非常充足
熱水：水壓充足
然後離台北車站、新光三越很近。約3-5分鐘
對面是全家、麥當勞、咖啡館、康是美、銀行等等覺得非常的方便。

Cons:

空間覺得80分，不是到很大
但覺得CP值很夠了。
