La struttura è molto bella. La camera spaziosa e moderna.

La camera aveva vista mare molto ristretta e soprattutto vista piscina.
Non è stato rispettato l' appuntamento preso per la manicure, ho trovato un' altra cliente nel mio orario prefissato ed ho dovuto rinunciare al servizio prenotato. Poca serietà da parte della ragazza della Spa.
Colazione inclusa ma solo pochi piccoli croissant ed il caffè espresso o cappuccino non sono compresi, previsto solo pagando extra.
The reception and spa areas are nicely decorated and look like those of a 4 star hotel. You can take a shower in the spa area on the last day, the toilet and shower there look amazing, much much better that the ones in the room
Breakfast had a few healthy options, such as salads, vegetables, and Greek yogurt.
Nespresso capsules in the room. They offer a welcome drink at the pool area.
The room was a 3 star hotel at best, nothing close to a 4 star accommodation.
Overall, it was not great value for money. In my opinion, the stay was worth about half of what we paid.
Breakfast: the coffee was very poor, only filter coffee was served. At a 4-star hotel, I would expect espresso from an espresso machine rather than filtered coffee. I ended up bringing my coffee from the room every morning, where Nespresso capsules were provided.
On the last day, I asked if I could have a coffee made with the capsules, but I was initially told no. I had to insist and explain that I had heard another employee offer capsule coffee to another guest.
The breakfast selection also included only a few cold-cut and processed cheese options. The bread selection could be improved as well.
The hotel also has a gym, but it is very small and realistically only suitable for two people at a time. On a couple of mornings, there were four of us training at the same time, which made it quite difficult un.
Cleanliness was okay, but not great. On the last day, the room was not properly cleaned anymore, only the bed was made. Hair was left on the floor, and my pajamas had been thrown into a corner on the nightstand. The coffee capsules were replenished with decaf only, and no caffeinated capsules were left.

Highly recommend the Euphoria Suite with Sea View. The hotel has a boutique feel with good facilities including relaxing pool area and spa. The location is in the heart of Agia Marina with easy beach access. Would stay here again.
Small details like the shower soap being empty and towels changed every two days. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, and the location was great, with easy access to the nearby beaches. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It is definitely a perfect place to relax and unwind.
The only negative point was the bathroom. Since there was no proper shower door or screen, water tended to leak onto the bathroom floor while taking a shower.
As a small suggestion, they could also improve the welcome cocktails by offering a wider variety. The cocktails were not bad at all, but the selection was quite limited.

I liked the aesthetics of the property, they had done well with making it a nice environment. I also liked the location as it was close to the main road, beach clubs, the beach and the bus going to Chania. I also liked the little terrace and the pool area.
It seemed like they had spent to much time on the look of the place instead of functionality. The renovation seemed very shallow and surface level. The room was not the best, and the service was also base level. I had trouble with the shower in our room and the one in the spa area, with things falling apart. It was much more a looks kind of place it seemed like. I would say it had the look and amenities of a 4 star hotel, but both the actual service and day to day functionality. The breakfast was also not the best, but the setting and the view was nice.

Great location, close to local bars & restaurants and the beach. Sun lounges are free by Me Gusto restaurant. Comfy beds, delicious local breakfast.
