Dejlig frodig have med palmer og smukke blomster, der har ikke været noget at sætte en finger på. Dejlig stor pool. Dejlig udsigt vi havde både over pool og havet. Dejlig stille område med restaurenter og bager, og små supermarkeder i nærheden. Værten var sød og rar helt sikkert et sted vi ville komme igen. Pænt og rent. Poolen har åbnet fra kl 8.00 til kl 19.00 men er sæson åbnet fra juni til slut september men rigtig dejlig pool, med børnepool i den ene ende. Der er legeplads med rutchebane og klatretårn samt et gyngestativ. Parkeringsplads er der ved vejen som ikke er trafikeret. Der er en lille fryser i køleskabet.
Efter check ud må man godt blive indtil man skal med sit fly, der er et toilet hvor man kan skifte tøj hvis man bader i poolen efter udtjekning.

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser kleinen Oase auf Kreta. Ein toller Garten und Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein wenn man gerade mal keinen Ausflug geplant hat. Tipps für Ausflüge haben wir auch viele bekommen und Informationen zu Flora und Fauna. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, man kommt jedoch mit dem Auto schnell zu Orten an denen etwas los ist oder tollen Stränden.
Wir sind sehr dankbar für den tollen Aufenthalt und können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen der nicht auf die großen Hotelkomplexe steht :)

Positivo: La struttura è bella, il proprietario gentile e pronto a risolvere le problematiche.
Negativo: Wi-Fi in casa inesistente, se vi serve internet dovete mettervi fuori. Il wc non scarica la carta igienica che bisogna buttare nel cestino

Bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits. Très sonore, minium en ce qui concerne la cuisine. Accueil correcte. Bonne literie

Bed was too hard. No mattress so springs were little bit painful.

Hotell med mycket nära läge intill Globen. Stort parkeringsgarage under Avici arena. Enligt utsago låst på natten.
Bra storlek på rummet.
Frukost är av bra standard. Finns rätt mycket sittplatser.
Återkommer gärna.

Nous avons séjourné en famille à Villa Rita pendant 10 jours et nous étions très bien installés : accueil très chaleureux avec de bons conseils par le propriétaire, appartement propre (ménage fait tous les jours), jardin bien entretenu avec une belle piscine, plage de galets à 5 minutes à pieds, bien situé pour visité l'Ouest de la Crète, endroit calme. Bonne adresse.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 2 settimane in questa struttura...a 2 passi dalla spiaggia in sassi di Tavronitis ... piscina ben tenuta... posizione eccellente a circa 20 km da Kissamos... Balos ed Elafonnisi sono a circa 1 oretta di auto.. Falasarna 40 minuti circa..per chi vuole visitare la zona ovest è ottimale... in struttura per qualsiasi consiglio... localini/spiagge.. Spyros vi saprà dare le giuste dritte... persona squisita che parla tranquillamente l'inglese..

Einfach ausgestattetes aber sehr sauberes Appartement. Große Terrasse mit schönem Meerblick. Sehr gastfreundlicher, deutschsprachiger Vermieter mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Schönes Aussengelände mit großem Pool zum Schwimmen. Hierhin kommen wir gerne wieder!

Ottima l'accoglienza e buona la posizione per raggiungere varie spiagge. Molto bella e pulita la piscina.Visto le foto pensavo di meglio. L'appartamento è poco accessoriato sia in cucina che in bagno, l'aria condizionata è SOLO in camera da letto e chi dorme nel divano-letto in cucina, o fa congelare quelli in camera o soffre il caldo. Quando si apriva l'acqua,un rumore assurdo. Il frigo è piccolo per non parlare della tv, 14 pollici tubo catodico. Il Wi-Fi inesistente, perchè non arriva alla palazzina dopo la piscina. La spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi è di ciotoli. In mezzo al verde con il continuo rumore dei grilli nelle orecchie! Pulizie scarse e non giornaliere, meglio mettere uno straccio e una scopa in appartamento e non pagarle

My room had an amazing view of the beach and was very peaceful. The host was very welcoming.

I stayed at Rita for 6 nights and I could have stayed longer. It was a beautiful view from my room and I loved sitting in the balcony and watching the ocean and the mountains. The host Mr Shapiro was really nice and welcoming. He was very friendly and we talked about many things. The neighbors in the apartment were also very nice. It was a calm and secluded area, perfect for a relaxing stay. There are shops and restaurants and bus stop close by at a walking distance.

PLEASANT STAY, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WE RECEIVED AN UPGRADE OF THE ROOM FOR FREE.
THE STUDIO/APARTMENT WAS BIG WITH A NICE SEA-VIEW AND ALL THE STAFF HAVE BEEN KIND.
THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING IS THE QUALITY OF BED (THE MATTRESS NOT CONFORTABLE AT ALL...A VERY LOW QUALITY).
ALL THE REST WAS RECOMMANDABLE.

The hotel was the Beach and has a great pool. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Ideal location for people seeking calm and relaxing vacations

ОЧЕНЬ ХОРОШИЙ ОТЕЛЬ ДЛЯ ПУТЕШЕСТВУЮЩИХ. СНАЧАЛА НАМ ПРЕДЛОЖИЛИ НОМЕР С ОДНОЙ ДВУХСПАЛЬНОЙ КРОВАТЬЮ, КОГДА МЫ ПОПРОСИЛИ ДВЕ РАЗДЕЛЬНЫЕ НАМ ЛЮБЕЗНО ПРЕДЛОЖИЛИ ДРУГОЙ НОМЕР. НОМЕР ОБОРУДОВАН ВСЕМ НЕОБХОДИМЫМ ДЛЯ ПРОЖИВАНИЯ. КУХНЯ, БАЛКОН, СОВМЕЩЕННЫЙ С/У ГДЕ ВСЕ РАБОТАЕТ. УЮТНАЯ ЗОНА ДЛЯ ОТДЫХА С БАССЕЙНОМ. ОЧЕНЬ ГОСТЕПРИИМНЫЙ, ВЕЖЛИВЫЙ И РАЗГОВОРЧИВЫЙ ХОЗЯИН. БОЛЬШОЕ СПАСИБО ЕМУ ЗА РАДУШНЫЙ ПРИЕМ.

We stayed in Villa Rita for two nights.

When we arrived, around 16:00, the room was still not ready; the owner mumbled something about a screwup in the reservation system. He hastily got sheets etc. into the room and tried to get _us_ to make the beds, which I refused. The room was generally clean but on the matresses there were big visible stains.

The owner's attitude was... I can only describe it as annoying. As he greeted us, his instructions on our way to the room were military-style "you're forbidden to do this, that, this, that". One thing that struck me as next to ridiculous was that we were not allowed to change the airconditioning temperature; the remote was locked, and all we could do was turn it on and off.

Another _very_ annoying thing is that in our 2-room apartment (one bedroom and one kitchen/living room with two folding beds) there was only one aircondition, inside the bedroom. So the children had to freeze during the night (we got them to sleep in the twin bed, the folding ones were not comfortable at all) while we were sweating.

Regarding the area: Platanias is a nice place, very lively with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants etc. But don't expect to find _anything_, not even a bakery or a kiosk, within walking distance of the hotel. You definitely need a car. If there's a bus station nearby, I didn't see it.

The pool and the exterior were nice, but not enough to reverse our bad experience.

Overall, I cannot recommend it.
