We had a lovely time at Hotel Plattenhoff.
Pros:

The food and staff were very good. There is a nice bar and the rooms are good.

Cons:

Parts of the hotel are a bit tired, particularly the pool area which is cold.

location. poor breakfast choice. incredibly slow coffee service at breakfast. snow and ice not cleared from walk to annexe rooms making it difficult and dangerous everyday at least 4 times a day

Rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Super Service, auf Nachfrage am Empfang wurde alles möglich gemacht. Uns wurde kurzfristig ein erstklassiger Skilehrer vermittelt, Massagen auch spontan organisiert und auch so freundlich alle Sonderwünsche möglich gemacht. Zu den Kindern 5 und 12 waren alle herzlich und entgegenkommend. Auch in den Saunabereich konnten die Kinder leise mal reinschnuppern. Das Schwimmbad ist ausreichend warm so dass alle Freude dran hatten. Die Wasserdüsen sind sehr angenehm. Das Essen war sehr lecker, das Kinderbuffet etwas einseitig, aber auch hier wurden kleine Wünsche erfüllt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist klasse. Super dass täglich Wasser und Skiwasser im Zimmer dabei war.
Der Skibus kommt oft genug, Abfahrt bis an Haus.
