A fabulous traditional hotel with great service and everything you need.
Pros:

Quiet peaceful location above the village, delicious food, great service. Classic, well run, comfortable. Great bedroom and we were upgraded without asking. The afternoon “snack” which was more like a proper lunch. Next to beautiful walking trails and very easy to get onto the slopes.

We had a lovely time at Hotel Plattenhoff.
Pros:

The food and staff were very good. There is a nice bar and the rooms are good.

Cons:

Parts of the hotel are a bit tired, particularly the pool area which is cold.

location. poor breakfast choice. incredibly slow coffee service at breakfast. snow and ice not cleared from walk to annexe rooms making it difficult and dangerous everyday at least 4 times a day
