Good location and easy
Toilets were flooded and gross:(
Perfect location for quick stop when travelling by train, perfect when you only need a bed and shower
It was unbearably hot in the capsule, the whole room lacked ventilation at full occupancy (towels would not even dry it was so damp and sweaty). Kinda expensive for what you get.
Pind koden virkede ikke. Så jeg kom aldrig ind. Men den venlige telefon service medarbejder var meget forstående og refunderede pengene. Så det var fint. Men jeg måtte altså finde alternativ overnatning.
Nothing, everything terrible
booked a 2-day stay for €130 and was assigned Capsule #25. The exhaust fan inside the capsule was completely broken. Every time I pressed the fan button, the LED just kept blinking, clearly indicating a fault. With no ventilation, the capsule became extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the reception multiple times and even sent videos showing the issue. Despite clear evidence, they refused to fix the problem or offer any alternative. Instead, I was told, "It is what it is," and the staff spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. Paying guests deserve a functional room and basic customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this place
Visiting places my mother lived in from 1938
We were 2 disabled ladies and struggled to get on beds. We did notify them that we are disabled, so the room we were given was not conducive!
Pokojík je opravdu malinký, ale na 1 noc stačí. Výhoda je dobré umístění u metra a nádraží v blízkostí centra.
Škoda že není možnost úschovy zavazadel.
Easy and quick booking and self check-in
Great location, password system kinda cool
Fan in cubicles did not work, made the room extremely stinky, hot and humid. Literal rainforest in the capsule, had to sleep with the door open #uncool

Great location, right next to the train station, which was our main requirement when choosing accommodation. The self-check-in process was very simple and convenient. We had no direct contact with the host, but everything was well organized and all the necessary information was provided through the Booking.com app.
We stayed in a private room, which had enough space for an overnight stay and a small amount of luggage. The room was small, but perfectly adequate if you are travelling with little luggage. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
Overall, it offers good value for Copenhagen.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet was clogged.
I liked the location, and the size and aesthetic design of the capsules.
They don’t change the sheets between visitors. My bed had hairs on it that clearly weren’t mine, and I found bits of food down the side.
The ventilator in the capsule does absolutely nothing. It was stuffy and boiling hot in there unless I had the door open.
Also, the toilet was so small it’s not possible to sit on the seat properly. You have to hug the wall to even close the door.
