Pros:

Bett war sauber. Lüftung hat nicht funktioniert, was dafür gesorgt hat, dass du Box sehr stickig und sehr warm war. Wir mussten die Tür öffnen, was dazu führte, dass der Schlaf durch andere Mitbewohner ständig unterbrochen wurde. Wir haben den Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verkürzt -Also um die Hälfte. Es gab keinen geeigneten Ort um sich zu Waschen und Zähne zu putzen.

Pros:

Die Zimmerlösung war top – die PIN-Codes funktionieren nach erster Verwirrung bestens und die Kapseln gewähren wirklich gute Privatsphäre. Gleichzeitig sind sie für eine Person wirklich sehr bequem und bieten genug Platz, um Wertsachen/Rucksäcke mit reinzunehmen. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist unstrittig perfekt und auch das Design der Flure im Altbauwohnung-Look hat was. :)
Bei einer telefonischen Rückfrage hatte ich keine Wartezeit – das kompensiert etwas das Fehlen einer örtlichen Rezeption.

Cons:

Herrje, Kopenhagen... 100€ pro Nacht für ein faktisches Hostelbett tun natürlich weh. Die zwei Duschen sahen erschreckend ungepflegt aus, was aber vermutlich vor allem den Gästen selbst zu verdanken war.
Und: Mir wurde nach der ersten Nacht mein Handtuch geklaut :( Nach Rückfrage hieß es: Die Reinigungskräfte räumen alles weg, was außerhalb der Kapseln ist. Eben auch drei Handtücher (meins hing am Griff zum Aufstieg in meine Kapsel), wenn zwei Gäste auschecken. Auf die Rückfrage, wer denn sein Handtuch nach der Dusche in der Kapsel trocknen ließe, hatte der Mensch am Telefon meinen Punkt verstanden. Aber leider keine Lösung. Housekeeping kommt schließlich erst morgen wieder – und er wünschte mir viel Glück beim Finden einer Lösung.

An dieser Stelle fehlt dann doch eine Rezeption. Oder ein wie auch immer geartetes Backup :)

Cons:

The fan didn't seem to work so it was very hot in the capsule with the door closed. This was fixed by leaving the door open a bit.

Convenient stay

Cons:

The room was so tiny that there was no space to move around the bed on 3 sides! The person on the side next to the window had to clamber over the bed to get to the door!

The door only half opened before it hit the bed.

We were warned the room was tiny. We didn't realize it would be so tiny that we couldn't move within it!

The room was very hot.

The internet was slow and intermittent at times.

Under the bed, where we put some baggage, was dusty.

Die Lage ist gut

Cons:

In 7 Tagen bekam ich nur ein Tuch von dem Hotel. Ich hatte die Personal gefragt, ob sie mir noch ein geben können. Ich wurde einfach im Stich gelassen. Insgesamt 3 Toiletten und zwei Duschen sind verfügbar für alle Leuten in der Etage

Pros:

Location was great, right next to the subway and train station.

Cons:

Very limited space for washing up. Bathroom had two sinks, taps barely worked and it was awkward brushing your teeth when somebody is using the toilet.

A warning that the place is using feather pillows and duvets would be good to have on the listing. I didn't get much sleep from the allergic reactions.
