Our family stay here was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff is super helpful and friendly, going far beyond our expectations. A standout example was when they provided a local tour guide during my stay, which gave us amazing insights into Hualian's beauty that we would have missed on our own.

The hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel like stay at home. It was the ideal relaxing base after our days of exploration. Every morning was a delight because the breakfast is delicious, offering a great mix of local and international choices that pleased everyone.

As a final incredible touch, they kindly drop my family to the train station, which was so helpful with our luggage and kids. That gracious act wrap up the wonderful trip in Hualian on the perfect note.
