Гарний готель зі зручним розташуванням, комфортний номер, зручне ліжко, але другий раз я би його не вибрав.

Cons:

Ціна не варта того, що за неї отримуєш. За що я заплатив майже 500$ за ніч? За 6-й поверх із звичайним видом на вулицю, пляшку води в номері за 9$ та платний WiFi? Я вибрав не самий дешевий номер і сподівався хоча б на гарний вид із верхнього поверху. Платний WiFi в готелі це зовсім щось не зрозуміле. Приїжджаєш в готель і дізнаєшся, що маєш доплатити ще 300$ за якісь податки - може варто одразу включити це в ціну на Booking, а не писати дрібним шрифтом, що це не включено в ціну? Я повністю розчарований. Жалкую, що не вибрав інший готель - або дешевший зі звичайним видом на сусідні будинки, або дорожчий, але із гарантованим верхнім поверхом. Перший раз в Чикаго і таке розчарування.

It was clean, everything was neatly folded. The bed was very nice and well made, the room smelled nice.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I asked for a nice view, it was very important to me. It was my boyfriend's birthday and I was giving him a surprise, so I asked for a high floor and a view, but all we saw from the window was some incomprehensible building and a parking lot. I was very disappointed.

La chambre et le lit étaient confortable , la salle de bain spacieuse . Lieu assez central

Le personnel hautain, peu aimable. Personne ne dit bonjour , personne ne sourit . Pour finir j’ai oublié un sac dans ma chambre en partant , j’ai envoyé un message rapidement et soit disant il n’y avait rien, je ne pouvais pas faire demi tour immédiatement , il a donc juste disparu !

위치가 관광지를 다니기에 너무 좋았고 주변에 홀푸드나 파리바게트 등이 가까워서 편리했다. 직원들이 모두 친절했고 조식이 뷔페식은 아니지만 맛있었다. 곁들이는 감자는 최고!
기대 이상의 숙소였다

Cons:

런던 하우스와 비교하다 수영장 때문에 결정했는데 공사중이라 사용을 못했다. 예약 컨펌 메일에 나온 날짜와 달라서 가족의 수영복을 챙겨간 것이 짐만 되었다. 그리고 데일리 리조트피 같은것으로 사용 가능한 것들이 너무 제한적이고 설명이 자세하지 않아서 마직막날 공항 가는 우버에만 겨우 쓸 수 있었다

Cons:

Did not like that the pool was closed when booked different dates was on pool closure did not know it changed. Was unsure about breakfast said included but did not say if it was for only 1 time or ever-day during your stay. Messaged but no response .air conditioning was shit off when out of room returned to hot room.
