Room Revitalization – From December 4th, 2025, through February 20th, 2026, The Hotel will undergo an exciting refresh of all guestrooms and halls, along with converting all double rooms to double queens. A localização é excelente, o quarto era grande e confortável e a vista era muito bonita. Valeu muito a pena ficar lá.

Cons:

A pressão da água do chuveiro não é tão boa. Já tinha visto reclamações, mas não incomoda tanto quanto fica parecendo ser pelos comentários de outras pessoas aqui.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The indoor swimming pool was closed which we were unaware of and only discovered upon arrival. This was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel so was very disappointed about this.

Wonderful.
Pros:

This is an outstanding hotel. First class service all around. Freshly renovated you could smell the new carpeting as soon as the elevator opened.

Check in was efficient and friendly.

Beautiful lobby bar and an excellent breakfast. All the staff at breakfast was great, particularly Christine.

Cons:

Too many non guests in the lobby due to a baseball conference during our stay. We had difficulty to walk through so many scattered people and there was no line organization. People were loud and sitting on the floors by the elevators, the corridors. Little or no security.

Easy to get a hold of, Courtney was able to answer all my questions, the hotel itself is very nice and clean.
Pros:

I Spoke with Courtney and she was very helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going to be booking my meeting with her! Overall good experience with Loews.

Pros:

Hotel bien placé et très fonctionnel. Belle chambre, bien équipée. Lobby agreable. Personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Il n’y avait pas de salle avec formule petit déjeuner comme indiqué sur booking (plats possible au restaurant). Néanmoins des cafés , viennoiseries, fruits,....pouvaient être achetés sur place

Pros:

My kids liked the pool. I liked the workout room and bar in the lobby and 3rd floor. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was all kind.

Cons:

The hotel wasn’t the point of the trip so I wasn’t looking for it to be more than it ended up being. I have no complaints.
