It was distinguished experience
Pros:

Improvement from last time I been there (on July) is noticeable, coffee machine in restaurant was a good addition, breakfast was very good, safety precaution was good, housekeeping was very good.

Cons:

- Since we were 2 persons in the rooms only supplies (shampoo and shower gel ) were only for one person was available.
- The insurance payment once we arrive to hotel was surprising since we haven't been informed about at booking website or the hotel website.

Pros:

I stayed at Geneva Hotel in Amman for one night with my family and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very pleasant stay and good value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
