the hotel was very clean, the staff were consistently polite and professional, and their response to any request was prompt and efficient. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

Cons:

The main issue we encountered was noise. The street-facing connecting rooms were quite noisy, and it seemed that the window insulation was not sufficient to block outside sounds. This made it difficult to fully relax, especially at night.

That said, I want to highlight the excellent response from the hotel staff. As soon as we reported the issue, they acted quickly and professionally. They offered us an upgraded room, which was a kind and appreciated gesture. The new room was indeed better and more comfortable overall, although some level of noise was still noticeable.

Disappointing reception service overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay
Pros:

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast offered a great variety, and the gym facilities were good. However, the service at reception was very unprofessional.

Cons:

​Despite requesting a quiet room in advance and being told I would receive one, I was initially placed in a noisy room facing the main road. When I raised the issue, I was told no other rooms were available. Furthermore, the room was smaller than the one I had booked. It wasn't until some back-and-forth and I informed the staff that I would be contacting Booking.com that a quiet and larger room suddenly became available.

It is a shame that guests have to push so hard for the service and room category they actually booked.

صراحه هاي مش اول مره انزل بفندق جنيفا و صراحه رح احكي تجربتي بكل صراحه ، الفندق موقعو ممتاز قريب جنب الخدمات ، من حيث الاستقبال الموظفين متعاونين ، من حيث النظافه ، بدي أشكرك الموظف الي كان قائم على نظافه الغرفه اسمو "مجد " صراحه كانت الغرفه كل يوم كاني اول مره بدخلها نظيفه كل شي مرتب موظف محترم و خلوق و يشتغل بكل امانه ، بس عندي ملاحظه على الفطور ، الفطور صراحه بدو تعديل و بدو يكون الأكل فريش اكتر و متنوع .

Great, great location. Recommend.
Pros:

The location is great. The staff in the hotel are great and the room were very clean the carpet not so much and the toilet was with a bad smell but otherwise I recommend this hotel just ask them to clean the toilet every time you use it very good hotel.

Cons:

They have to clean the carpet in the room occasionally and after using the toilet, the smell was like a disaster maybe to put a spray clean for the guest to use

Pros:

Das Zimmer und Bad waren top! Sehr sauber und angenehm. Das Personal war sehe freundlich und unterstützend. Die Zimmer sind alle Nichtraucher-Zimmer was auch super war, weil sie nicht nach rauch gestunken haben. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und es gab eine gute Kaffeemaschine mit vielen Variationen. Gegenüber vom Hotel war ein sehr guter Shawerma Laden 🤩

Cons:

Leider sind die Fenster undicht und da wir auf der Straßenseite waren, war es auch nachts sehr laut.
