Truly amazing stay
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with our three children and couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious. What made our stay truly special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and understanding, and always made us feel very welcome.

A special mention must go to one lovely lady who worked in the restaurant during breakfast. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but she was from Bulgaria. She noticed that we were a family of five and, without us ever asking, made sure that a table was reserved and ready for us every morning. Such a simple gesture, but it meant so much to us and made us feel really looked after.

We were also very impressed with the service after our stay. About a week after checking out, our son realised that he had left something behind. We contacted the hotel and they immediately found it and arranged to send it back to us. Everything was handled so quickly and kindly, which we really appreciated.

Another fantastic bonus was that the hotel included cable car rides for every member of our family, twice a day. We made full use of this throughout our stay and absolutely loved it!

We had a fantastic family holiday and would happily stay here again. A beautiful, comfortable hotel with delicious food and, most importantly, truly wonderful people. Thank you for making our stay so special! ❤️

Skvělý přátelský hotel se službami na úrovni.
Pros:

Příjemný personál, krásná lokalita, výtečná gastronomie. Skvělé snídaně s velkým výběrem a možnosti fresh a odšťavňovače.

Cons:

Malé postele a moc měkké matrace. Chybí lednička na pokoji. Pro letní pobyt by lednice měla být.
