La ubicación es una de las mejores aspectos del hotel, pero principalmente la atención de su personal. Nos gustaría destacar el trato y disposición de Alina, quien fue tremendamente amable y servicial con nosotros, ayudándonos en cada aspecto y detalle. Ese tipo de cosas son las que dan valor a un hotel.

A very clean, modern and well equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the middle of the city center.
Would like to have a little bit more variation on breakfast. Would also like to have real coffee and freah juices, not from the machine.
My girlfriend and I were staying in Chrispy for 4 days and everything was excellent, from beyond helpful receptionists (they allowed us to put our bags until our flight late in the evening even tho we went to Heraklion for two days after stay in Chania) to excellent location near the Chania center. Huge recommendation if you are coming to Chania :)

A wonderful place to stay! Cozy, clean, and comfortable. All the main attractions are within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot. A pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. We were very happy with our stay!

10/10 the best I can say about this hotel, all the hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast great. The hotel is very well cared for and maintained. I would especially like to praise the maid who cleans the room when we return to the room, it looks as if we just entered for the first time, the room is cleaned very thoroughly. Kudos to the whole hotel and thank you for everything

מיקום מעולה על רחוב ראשי שמגיע אחרי כשלש מאות מטר לכניסה לעיר העתיקה, בסמוך יש מסעדות, קונדיטוריה, תחנת האוטובוס המרכזית של חניה ואפילו מכבסה בשירות עצמי
המלון על רחוב ראשי ויש רעש של מכוניות, אין חניה במלון וקשה למצוא חניה בסביבה הקרובה.
The staff is exceptional! The facilities... ugh....not great. The location is very good.
