Schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Die schöne Aussicht und die Lage des Hotels. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

An der Rezeption fehlte hingegen die freundlich Begrüßung. Hier wirkte alles etwas gezwungen und unmotiviert.
Zudem haben wir dieses Mal mehr für kleinere Zimmer bezahlt, als letztes Jahr!

Hotel s nádhernou polohou v klidném prostředí s výhledy do hor, úžasnou snídaní a wellnessem.
Pros:

Líbila se mi moc lokalita,klidná s nádhernými výhledy na hory, s blízkou zastávkou skibusu-to bylo super.Restaurace kde jsme snídali byla prosklená s nádherným výhledem.wellness bylo úžasné. Moc milý a ochotný personál.

Cons:

V pokoji bylo vše slyšet z vedlejšího pokoje nebo pokojů.Což mne velice mrzí,jelikož já s dcerkou to zvládneme ale můj muž by to nedal.Naštěstí po 23:00 se sousedi uklidnili ale nevím jak bychom to zvládly mít za sousedy milostný pár na líbánkách 😉.

bardzo czysto, obsługa kelnerska miła i przyjazna, piękny widok z restauracji, bardzo smaczne dania w restauracji, narciarnia.

Cons:

zamówiłam ten hotel kilka miesięcy wcześniej z możliwością modyfikacji dat. Ponad miesiąc przez przyjazdem - kiedy próbowałam skrócić pobyt o jeden dzień (z 6 na 5) - hotel jednak nie wyraził zgody na taką modyfikację, na maile od booking nie odpowiadali. 2. wjazd do hotelu bardzo trudny - droga wąska, ze spadkiem i dodatkowo skręt pod kątem około 40 stopni. Żeby wjechać do hotelu trzeba "łamać się"autem na dwa razy w miejscu gdzie dodatkowo jest przystanek autobusowy, śmietniki i po drugiej stronie drogi jest urwisko. Wejście do hotelu (wysoko po schodach bez windy) było bardzo oblodzone przez cały pobyt - co przy małych dzieciach było niebezpieczne. Brak czajnika i kubków w pokoju uniemożliwiał zrobienie ciepłej herbaty po przyjeździe z nart. W tv 19 kanałów - ale 10 po czesku i 9 po niemiecku, ani jednego po polsku. Pracownicy recepcji jakby siedzieli tam za karę. Restauracja czysta, piękny widok z okna, miła obsługa kelnerska, ale tak, jak pisali inni goście w komentarzach - śniadania bardzo mało urozmaicone. Za to, że zapłaciłam za cały pobyt, a wyjechałam dzień wcześniej - nie żądano ode mnie zapłaty za wizytę na basenie (sauna i basen są dodatkowo płatne za każde wejście).

Neskutečně milý personál, vynikající snídaně, zvlášť vajíčka a krupicová kašička a vynikající espresso. Snídaně podávaná na zakryté terase s výhledem na sjezdovku STOH, atmosféra podtržena ještě vánoční výzdobou...

Cons:

Malinký detail, slyšeli jsme každé slovo z vedlejšího pokoje.
