Sobre la reserva no tengo ningún inconveniente pero los adicionales como platos y otros productos me parece que fueron demasiado caros y de mala calidad en donde día antes de llegar al hotel pregunté sobre si tenía desayuno incluido y me dicen que sí y luego al llegar fue otra cosa diferente y aparte el desayuno no estuvo en buena presentación ya que me llegó un tamal frío y me cobraron un desayuno adicional en donde no fue así y el caso es que no es lo pagado es la calidad de todo en general de igual forma el hotel estaba bonito pero habían lugares como las zonas de juegos en donde no estaban en buenas condiciones y pues en general siento que así sea un tiempo corto de estancia debe ser especial ya que buscamos como referencia estos lugares para pasar en familia y esperamos que siempre nos atiendan bien
