Pros:

Frukosten var bra, rent och städat rum. Bra läge gångavstånd till det mesta.

Cons:

Att behöva streama tv kanaler. På ett hotell borde det finnas ett utbud av kanaler när man sätter på tv:n

Perfekt ställe att stanna för de som vill åka långsidor och njuta av naturen
Pros:

När skidspåret, mataffär och skidhyran. Dessutom utsikt var fantastiskt. Maten var bra. Allt vad man behöver för att fokusera på skidåkningen.

Cons:

Rummet var alldeles för liten för två personer. Det var svårt att få åtkoms till uttaget vid sängen för att ladda mobilen. Uttaget som vi hittade och kunde använda var längst ner vid skåpet med spegeln. sladden för hårtorken var kort för att kunna stå och torka hår när man använder uttaget längst ner vid golvet.

Läget är toppen!
Funktionellt och bra hotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Litet men bra gym.

Cons:

Bastu mm skulle behöva renoveras. Flera duschar var trasiga. Dessutom vore det trevligt med möjlighet till mixad bastu.

Low value for money with unusually poor service
Pros:

Location, breakfast is very good, ski-prep room, 24h gym. Samatha working in restaurant was extremely friendly and made our stay alright! 🙏🏻 The staff at breakfast were under big pressure due to staff shortages, however, they did a great job and made it really nice.

Cons:

Despite reminding staff every day, during my 11 day stay our room was only cleaned 3-4 times, and when it was, the bed was not even made (!!!??) and bathroom barely cleaned. Really poor and way below expectations given price level! We never got the TV to work properly during the stay and nobody could or would help us. Dining food in restaurant was a 6 out of 10. Very pricy but nothing particular. Same meny for all 11 days with 4-5 options + a special. There is literally no where else to eat in the village (try to avoid the Bröderna hamburger bar) other than the hotel's restaurant so you are 100% dependent on it during your stay. The young staff in reception was rather unfriendly, with one or two exceptionals. There was a recreation room with a broken ping-pong table and broken rackets to go with it, but besides that there is very little to do at hotel and older kids will very quickly go bored. Better to stay at Ramundberget, Hamra or Bruksvallarna.
