Great place to stay on a great beach area. Loved having the kitchen

Older complex but well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Very nice view of the ocean. Easy parking. Location away from all the congestion of Daytona. Had recycling bins. Everyday saw staff maintaining and cleaning the property. Always felt safe

We had my daughter's 11th birthday here and they let us invite guests with no problem to be there for the celebration. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything you may need from toiletries to pots and pans. The pool it's self was the cleanest pool we have ever been in and we stayed in a lot of places, also the front office staff is very welcoming and kind . The beach view is amazing and the kitchen was very spacious. The beds were comfy as well.

The room was very clean so was the facility. Our room had ocean view. Staff was super helpful. Would stay here again

Emily was amazing as well as Margaret! There was another young woman whose name I didn’t get, but she was wonderful as well! The view was incredible and the pool was pristine and beautiful! The only thing that would have made it better would be to replace the mattresses!

The property is quite run down. The unit that we had was very small. All older furnishing. The mattress on the pullout couch really needs replacing. Don't expect to check in on time. It may be 15 minutes late. No early check in is available. They have no late check out option unless you are an owner. (This is a time share). It was somewhere to lay our heads but was definitely not somewhere we would return.

The view of the ocean from the room was amazing. However the hotel did not have internet the entire time we were there. They kept telling us it would be fixed soon but it wasn’t. The room was fine. The hotel was a little run down but you could not beat the view and pool.

The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The front desk girls really make you feel at home. The place is clean and quiet and the beach has plenty of open space even on a weekend like 4th of July. I really enjoy this place when I visit. Thanks !!

Was great stay however the first night i flew from st.louis mo.to atlanta and then layover was supposed to be short but had waited over 6 hours so my flight didnt land until 8:30 pm when normally be 3:07...then had to get my rental car so was at 9 p.m. i called the hotel and Jade helped me get to there for they closed at 10...i was very stressed and panicky due to the time thing and asked her to walk me thru the way there from airport trying to beat the clock...and dark.plus road construction so she helped me with that but then when i got there it was right before 10 p.m. and jade was on phone taking along time to wait on me ...i was very exhausted and wanted to get to my room plus everyting closed and wanted to get food and ameal...finally found a late night pizza place that delivered late...but she said to me maybe i wasnt meant to be there n made me feel very small....it was rude to me to say that n i felt very bad but wasnt my plan nor fault my layover was over 6 hours..thats y i wanted to be there by 4 to get in hotel...buy food...then relax at pool n beach....but rest week was good...i askd her if she could put that person on hold n check me in for that person was just asking a bunch of questions about the area

Property is old and run down. The room looked clean but smelled musty. The queen bed was actually a pull out from the wall. There was no staff after 10 so they were unable to help and when we spoke to them off our concerns in the morning they were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Will not be returning.

Cute but dated. Needs a little bit of repair; bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced, new curtains in living room/kitchen area. A/C in bathroom needs to be replaced or Freon add. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and polite.
