Pros:

Location is convenience by MRT. There are 3 convenience shops, 1 cosmetic shop and a Taiwan tea shop(天仁喫茶趣) within walking distance.
There are various types of restaurants too.

まずお部屋はとても綺麗です。私の泊まった部屋は洗濯機もありますしたが、連泊する人へのサービスで下着（t シャツ、靴下、パンツ)を1日一組朝9時までに出せば夕方キレイにして届けてくれます。もちろん有料のランドリーサービスもあります。
部屋にある飲み物は基本的に無料で提供されます。台湾茶の茶葉もあるし、ティーバッグもありました。
バスルームはウォシュレット、バスタブ（マイクロバブル)、シャワールーム、バスタブに浸かりながら見られるテレビ。
駅のそばなのでコンビニや春水堂、その他食事をするところには困りません

Cons:

Wi-Fiは少し弱かったかな？
室内に有線LANあるので長期滞在なら室内用の無線LANあると便利かも！

La ubicacion muy cerca del metro. Las habitaciones estan muy bien equipadas, con microondas y lavadoras. Las camas son comodas. El baño es grande. Muy buen desayuno, variado y de calidad. Personal muy atento.
