Pros:

El personal muy atento, mantienen siempre todo limpio, el desayuno es increíble, la atención durante este momento también.

Cons:

Personal de front desk no entregan toda la información al realizar el check-in. La piscina tiene un horario muy acotado (podría ser hasta las 9-10 pm)

Quarto muito espaçoso e confortável. Localização ótima para compras e para ir ao aeroporto. Café da manhã delicioso e com opções saudáveis. Estacionamento bem grande, seguro e gratuito.

Cons:

Dos 2 elevadores apenas 1 estava funcionando. Deve ser algo temporário mas incomodou um pouco em horários de maior movimento.

No estaba lista la pieza en el momento acordado… a las 3pm
Había un ascensor malo, lo que hacía que tardara mucho en subir o bajar a mi habitación…

Las condiciones del hotel estan buenas, está en un area tranquila, la habitacion comfortable y la atencion del personal excelente

Cons:

creemos que deben de arreglar el problema del elevador porque hay uno solo trabajando y es para Los huespedes y ademas lo utiliza el personal de limpieza para moverse con sus carros lo que hace que la espera sea mayor, el desayuno con relation al precio del hotel un poco pobre

Perfecto lugar para viajero de paso cerca al aeropuerto y centros comerciales.
Pros:

Desayuno esplendido y comparten la piscina con el Hotel Doral. Pude disfrutar de un buen rato de nado.

Cons:

Solamente los productos del snack bar están bastante caros aun para ser un hotel.

Gut, günstig, praktisch und familiäre Atmosphäre

Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit, die Treppen zu laufen, man ist quasi immer auf den Fahrstuhl angewiesen, von denen nur einer funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts.

Pros:

Me encanta la localización y el parqueo gratuito. La habitación es amplia y la cama confortable. El baño limpio. El desayuno es bueno.

Cons:

Las alfombras de los pasillos y las puertas de las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento.
