Won’t stay here again
Pros:

The breakfast was gone at 0905 and the server was very rude. One young lady and an older lady were present and the young lady was just chatting with the janitor. When I asked her for a tray she was very rude to answer.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, na recepção e no café de amanhã. O hotel esta super bem localizado na area do Doral. Eles deixam 2 garrafas de agua e máquina de cafe pronta no quarto

No me dieron late checkout y si me lo hubieran dado me parecia extremadamente caro cobrar 50% del rate diario por 3 horas adicionales que necesitaba antes de salir para el aeropuerto

Desayuno muy bueno. Todo el personal muy amable.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no se podia regular la temperatura. El water no desalojaba bien, por falta de caudal de agua. Se pidio arreglo, lo revisaron pero siguio mal.

O hotel é agradável, moderno e o café da manhã é bom para os padrões americanos com frutas, iogurtes e pães variados .
Quarto é confortável , banheiro bom e foi nossa opção para ficarmos próximos ao Dolphin mall e também fica perto do aeroporto . Oferecem happy em alguns dias da semana.
