Wonderful!
Pros:

Located a few blocks from the Main Square, in a street with less traffic. Room was large, clean and quiet. The rooftop terrace has hammocks and nice views.
The best part is the warm welcome and farewell by the owner and her lovely mother!

Pros:

Super friendly staff and everything is nearby. Hot water. Good wifi. Fairly new building. Fair price.

Cons:

There is a window in a bathroom, probably for the air circulation which you cant close. Therefore i could hear a crying baby downstairs somewhere all evening and a guy playing violin above me well around midnight. Also super loud party place nearby with parties well over midnight (maybe on a weekend only, i stayed friday and saturday night) luckily i had earplugs, otherwise i would party in my bed until the morning. Make sure you bring earplugs. Otherwise great place.
