Nedodržení potvrzené dohody o termínu rezervace a předčasné ukončení pobytu
Cons:

Nelíbilo se mi řešení celé situace. Před příjezdem jsem se na recepci výslovně domluvil, že vzhledem k tomu, že dorazíme až po půlnoci, bude rezervace započítána od dne skutečného příjezdu, tedy ze čtvrtka na pátek. Na základě této dohody jsme také přijeli.

Následně však byla rezervace vedena jako pobyt ze středy na čtvrtek a ve čtvrtek dopoledne nám bylo sděleno, že pokoj musíme opustit. Jako důvod bylo uvedeno, že pracovník recepce neprovedl úpravu času příjezdu v systému Booking.

Domnívám se, že se jednalo o interní pochybení hotelu, které by nemělo být přeneseno na hosta, zvlášť když byla dohoda předem jasně potvrzena.

Quite good but not brilliant !

It was the nearest hotel to my relatives

Cons:

It was not very welcoming, the facilities were not that good, for example, tea & coffee supplied to the room was not renewed after the first day.
