Pros:

Krásné ubytování, příjemný personál, dobrá lokalita a chutná snídaně. Za tu cenu, jsem očekával mnohem skromnější ubytování. Parkování v hotelu bylo plné, ale nebyl problém zaparkovat poblíž.

Персонал, дуже привітний

Cons:

Не дуже чисто було в номері,всюди було чуже волосся ( на стінах в ванній, рукомийник, рушники). Замовляли напівансіон: сніданок супер був, але вечеря навіть на 3 не тягне, дитині взагалі нічого було з'їсти + додаткові оплати за напої, якось дивно було( кава, чай на вечерю за додаткову плату). Зрозуміло, якщо алкоголь. В номерах не було питної води навіть щоб набрати в чайник для купленої кави або для їхнього чаю,який був в номері.

Pros:

Veľmi tiché a príjemné prostredie, dobrá dostupnosť do centra, naozaj musím pochváliť čistotu ako na izbe tak aj v priestoroch hotela. Zamestnanci veľmi príjemný a ústretový. Potrebovali sme sa prihlásiť až okolo polnoci a nebol s tým žiadny problém(recepcia 24/7).

Cons:

Raňajky by mohli byť bohatšie. Škoda, že keď sme sa pýtali poobede ohľadom večere, tak nám nevedeli povedať čo budú variť. Napísal by som menu aspoň na týždeň dopredu, aby sa hosť mohol rozhodnúť či chce jesť v hotely alebo sa zariadi inak.

Pros:

Snídaně je velmi slabá a kafe není dobré, džus na snídani nečekejte jen šťávu, která chutná po umělém sladidlu. Bohužel jsou daleko lepší snídaně a myslím, že toto se dá zlepšit.

Cons:

Snídaně by se mohla zlepšit. Personál se neusměje, nekomunikativní vše je problém. Jinak krásné místo.

lokalita vyhovovala přesně mým požadavkům

Cons:

mezi 3 a 4 h ráno se na chodbě dost hlučně bavili 2 hosté (muži), téměř celou hodinu. Byla jsem na pokoji sama, tak jsem se je bohužel bála jít upozornit, že v tuto dobu je to velmi nevhodné.

Niezbyt sympatyczna recepcjonistka pracująca w Walentynki po południu. Sprawiała wrażenie osoby niechętnej do pomocy i zirytowanej faktem zadawania dodatkowych pytań przez nas. Kolejnego dnia rano bardzo miła Pani, zupełnie inna jakość obsługi.
