Easy to find, good hotel
Pros:

Very kind staff, a very warm welcome. Friendly at every point.

Cons:

The rooms were dated, the shower was not thermostatic so went hot and cold a little and the bathroom fan was a little noisy but it didn't harm our sleep

Při příjezdu, kde jsme měli rezervaci na dva dvojlůžkove pokoje, jsme dostali jeden pokoj dvoulůžkový s jedním lůžkem, dali nám na rychlo matraci na zem rozkládací, což bylo nepřijatelné. Matrace na ostatních lůžkách děs a snídaně slabé a ještě chtěli po nás doplatek 2.000, Kč za to že jsme byli na dvoulůžkovém pokoji dvě osoby!!.. Jezdím už dlouho do Prahy přes Booking, ale tohle jsem ještě nezažil. Již nikdy více. Jinak upozorňuji, že nám recepční vydal pokoje se zmatkem, hledal karty od pokojů a také viděl, že jsme čtyři a na konci pobytu najednou řeknou, že dvoulůžkový pokoj je jen pro jednu osobu!!!!!no mazec

Ideáln íhotel pro návštěvu O2 areny - přímá autobusová linka, cca 15 minut
Pros:

Přímá autobusová linka k O2 arena.

Cons:

Hotel si naúčtoval o 100 Kč více než bylo na potvrzení booking. Recepční mi tvrdila, že je k tomu nutí booking. Rezervace byla v Kč, platil jsem kartou v Kč a jsem v Česku, tedy nevidím důvod ke kurzovnímu rozdílu.

Замечательный персонал, на ресепшен был приятный парень Эльдар, оперативно помог разместить машину, показал доп плюсы отеля, помог достать карточку из номера, поддержал разговор, огромное спасибо отелю и его персоналу!
