Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.
Minors (under 18 years old) must register according to the facts and provide the contact information of their direct guardians. Hotel shall confirm the minor's accommodations information with their immediate guardian before check in.
Rosewood Beijing only welcomes pets upon approval of pre-submitted requests.
Pets are welcome at a RMB500 per room per night including cleaning fee and service charge.
The hotel offers the following rules for guests and their animal family members so that all guests may enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay:
1. Pet's related health certificates need to be shown and Pet stay agreement needs to be signed upon check-in
2. Pets should always be on a leash in public areas and size restrictions to under 10kg
3. Maximum two pets per room
4. It is the responsibility of pet owners to pick up after your pets
5. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub, as per Chinese Quarantine Law
6. Out of respect for other guests, please ensure that disturbances like barking must be curtailed

had a great stay. the hotel is gorgeous and extremely comfortable.
check in was a bit chaotic, too many people and not too organised
The shopping options were great but one of the male members of concierge was rude. I was asking for directions to the bank from the female concierge and he felt I didn't stay at the hotel and got aggressive. I had to show him my room card for him to then realize I'm not a freeloader. Also the directions given to the bank near the railway station was closed undergoing repair.
Everything was perfect. We were incredibly well looked after by the staff. The attention to detail, from the concierge to the room cleaning, was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better stay. The facilities were beautiful and clean, and all amenities were of high quality. We didn’t want to leave.
