Il manquait la couette et 20 euros de supplément pour le chien je n’ai jamais vue ça de ma vie a ce compte là se retrouver à payer 20 euros de plus que ce qui etait prévu initialement ça change il y’avait peut être des prix plus attractif.

Clean, fresh and warm delightful stay.
Pros:

The property was warm, clean, simple and all that we needed for the short stay in Reus on business.
The staff were amazing, my husband a non Spanish speaker got stuck in the elevator and the staff acted immediately and he was out within less that 20 minutes which is astounding. They checked on him all the time he was in the elevator and ensured he wasn’t distressed at all.

Cons:

The tight turn into the under ground garage took a little negotiation with a big hired car, but taking my time it was sorted.

Aardig personeel

Cons:

Er was geen parking bij het hotel. Alleen voor n kleine auto a 10 euro p.dag. Aangezien er afgelopen nacht nog een auto opengebroken was hebben we besloten om de niet terugbetaalbare betaling te laten voor wat het was en zijn doorgereden.
