Sehr freundlich und bemüht, sauber.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich (Buffet). Der Kaffee war ok.

Cons:

Am ersten Tag waren wir zum Frühstück in einer separaten Gaststube einquartiert, in der es durch die Nähe zur Eingangstür etwas kühl war (Eingangstür ist Schiebetür und wurde häufig geöffnet); zudem etwas seltsam, weil wir der einzige Tisch in der separaten Stube waren; am zweiten Tag im normalen Speisezimmer war es dann viel angenehmer.

Sehr nette Wirte, tolles Essen in einem nicht schönen Ort
Pros:

Die Hotelleitung und alle Mitarbeiter die wir kennen lernen durften sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen. Sowohl das Frühstück, wie auch das Abendessen haben unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Alles schmeckt gut und ist frisch zubereitet. Sommelier Nicole hat ein paar tolle Weine auf der Karte, bei denen auch die Preise stimmen!

Cons:

Die Zimmer kann man als funktional beschreiben, geräumig ist etwas völlig anderes. Es gibt sehr wenig Platz für Gepäck und sitzen kann man nur notdürftig auf besseren Hockern. Das ganze Hotel ist im Bereich der Zimmer fürchterlich laut, sehr dünne, alte Türen verstärken diese Eigenschaft. Der Boden besteht offensichtlich aus alten Holzbohlen, über die Teppich verlegt wurde, was einen jeden Schritt auf dem Flur bis ins Zimmer spüren lässt.

Zu Ötz selber, der Ort gefällt uns gar nicht. Der Durchfahrtsverkehr ist enorm und es stink extrem nach Abgasen.

Sehr freundlicher Service, sauber, gutes Frühstück, großer schöner Balkon.

Cons:

Doppelbett, aber zwei Matratzen mit unterschiedlicher Höhe.
Das Badezimmer ist neu, jedoch mit sehr schlechter Belüftung; die Glasschiebetür bietet praktisch keine Privatsphäre, zumal das Bett direkt daneben steht.
Die Rechnung wurde auf dem Frühstückstisch ohne Umschlag und mit vollständigen persönlichen Daten abgelegt – für jeden Vorbeigehenden einsehbar.

חוויה מהנה לאורך כול השהייה
Pros:

לקחנו חצי פנסיון ומאוד נהנינו מהאוכל, האוירה והצוות. כיוון שהיו מעט אורחים גם זכינו ליחס אישי גם מצוות הקבלה וגם מצוות חדר האוכל. זהו מלון שמנוהל על ידי משפחה ומורגש היחס החם כלפי כול אורח באופן אישי. קיבלנו עזרה ומענה לכול שאלה ולכול צורך. שוכנו בחדר מספר 19 עם מרפסת ותצפית יפה להרים. הסביבה נעימה, נקיה ושקטה . המרכז של העיירה מאוד קרוב בהליכה קצרה.

Pros:

Der Empfang herzlich.

Cons:

Wir haben ein 28m2 grossens Zimmer gebucht, welches es angeblich gar nicht gibt.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und auf Nachfrage wurde unfreundlich reagiert.
