Sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten waren sehr weich und es gab Schimmel im Badezimmer, teilweise sehr lieblos gestaltet (besonders der Poolbereich)

Pros:

- nettes Personal beim Frühstück und frische Eierspeisen auf Wunsch zubereitet
- sichere Lage direkt an einem Einkaufszentrum

Cons:

- teilweise etwas lieblos eingerichtet
- mein Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Tapeten haben sich teilweise gelöst und im Badezimmer gab es etwas Schimmel
- Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen
- recht lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption besonders wenn man eine Rechnung benötigt
- recht laute Gegend und auch am Pool recht viel Verkehrslärm

Restaurante staff,super fast,friendly, quite efficient. Nice touch providing tea pot for extra coffee. The front desk and the bell man provided additional service by weighting and helping balance out three large suit cases to meet the authorized airline weight requirement. Thanks.

Great experience during carnavales - will come back!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, Roberto and Juan Carlos, as well as the other breakfast/bar personnel were always ready to serve; Melanie, Stephania, and Allan were great from check-in to checkout and everything in between, security guard Serge was always ready to lend a hand, pool, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel kept the place immaculate and were very helpful. We will return in a heartbeat when we have a chance.

Nice breakfast and hotel experience
Pros:

We had breakfast on sunday. The chef prepared a tipical one and it was fantastic. The service team was very friendly and willing making us feel better than at home. We closed the experience with a coffee in the hotel pool with a beautiful view of the city. We Highly recomend this hotel
